hey skib, you mentioned not being able to turn the balustrade grey but you can if you combine opposite colors. for instance, if the asset is too hot (red, yellow), try painting it a cold color (blue, cyan). takes a bit of fiddling around in the colorwheel but you can even out the saturation.

U could if u wanna go crazy put invis 2 lane roads into the mall garages from king leno so the cims actually drive up and down the garages. I made this for a garage of mine but the building had cornering entrances so it looked not that professional in the end. Would like to see that in ure garages :D

How is Move It! behaving for u against PO. My game gets very laggy when i try to move something in Move It but its fine when I use PO to move things around. U maybe have a solution? Using Prop painter that is part of Move It if thats maybe an issue
