Have you noticed that IRL, the Ministry has access to the river beneath the building?
The construction site is the restructuration of Bercy metro station especially the transfer section between lines 6 and 14 and the new special access to Bercy train station on the line 14 platforms.

This video is a tutorial about procedural object, that's awesome. Love how you explain and how you show the assets and mods you use, like yogurts roads. On other channels, most of the time you can't read assets and mods name in the video since it's too fast ( like x12 speed ). I like the fact that we can actually SEE what you do and how you do it.
By the way, it would be cool to have an episode, from time to time, that is not sped up. Like "streaming' at normal speed the way you do a roundabout for example, while you explian how this assets and this mod work, and so on.
An example : at 16:40 seconds in the video, you're building an access to the highway. You've got a weird road, with weird slopes and angles. In three mouse clicks, you manage to get a perfectly shaped ramp to acess the hightway. It would take me an hour in game to get the same results. I would kill to know how you did this, for example.
I've seen some lags at the begining of the video despite the fact you've got a great great gaming pc and a 9700k.
Is it playable at normal speed ?
I am planning to make all the next episodes of Little France like this one. Hopefully even better 😬
I will try to explain what I am doing more too. And my PC is really powerful, but the game engine sucks hence no matter how good your Pc is the game can't run smoothly at a point. The game is still payable for me. But it lags a bit...it is normal. That's why most people do a speed up video to hide the lag.

I've been playing about half a year and is creating a bombarded city.
You should do outside towns and take inspiration from other French cities, they are different from Paris,
OR
Make districts mainly inspired by other French cities and not JUST Paris, it ain't the only place in France.
It's a Great video and series. If your doing little (insert country) look all over, not just the capital because other cities have nice things that could fit (in my opinion)

There are few builds from other cities too. I know most of them are from Paris, but no worries there will be plenty more from other cities
