Of course not the engineers, the assemblers, the secretaries, the accountants, the storemen, the cleaners etc. I'm talking about the owners, the sale managers, the CEOs...you know those leeches that think they can intimidate anyone for having an opinion.

If I was one of dCS’s engineers I’d be so embarrassed by that filing. Clearly whoever wrote it doesn’t even understand the technology in their product.

I get the impression it was a new marketing droid, trying to impress by being all tough, manly and decisive, having accidentally doused himself with too much Sex Panther aftershave.
I also expect he will be looking for a new job soon. Dcs have had an easy ride from reviewers in the past. Now everyone will be falling over themselves to find the flaws in their products.
They need to get ahead of this by issuing a public apology and giving a large donation to the Hifi CZcamsrs Benevolent Fund.
That's a good look for you, Steve Acoustic. Tell Chris to give back that second hand orange jacket to whom ever he took it from.
I'm pretty sure they meant Litigation in the Tekson sense, which as we all know means nothing more than a 10 minute phone call between attorneys.
I wonder if Eric is watching this whole dCS fiasco and wondering if he should have been consulted first.

I was trying to decide between DCS and MSB, but what DCS did shows their dishonesty and I can never ever see myself owning a DCS product. This happened just in time. In fact, I’m going to tell my local audio file group about what DCS did, and I’m sure they will have the same opinion as me.

I watched his review, and it was a bit brutal. The short version is that I don't like how it sounds, and it is too expensive. Cheaper options sound better. The latter is a big "holly-molly" moment.
I noticed he didn't follow the SA break-in period of 600 hours and didn't include Diane Bish. How could you leave Bish out? He used some weird electronic music and hip-hop blah blah blah style music. You must always keep your Bish!
On a serious note, manufacturers should not panic because of a perceived negative review. It is a two-way street, and they can reach out and establish a bridge of communication-maybe even find a way to make the product better. I recently disagreed with a product review by a very famous audio CZcamsr. I have the product, and it works well for me. Isn't that what matters? The product works well in my listening area. Is it perfect? I don't care because, in the end, I am listening to music and not the electronics.
Well I asked dCS to send me a Bartok. Hoping I can review one with Bish.

sup, not really a comment on theme of the video but, you’re the only one who I can ask/trust on that topic, so recently fiio updated their fiio k11 dac/amp, where they kept everything same, but replaced a DAC to R2R, and I just wanted to hear your opinion on that, fiio k11 has a mixed reviews because of it’s DAC, and after they replaced it, is fiio k11 gonna become a better amp/dac, or even a best amp/dac for the money? would be really thankful if you would comment on that theme, thank you( also i would want to add that I am a home produced, and the main thing for me is the true sound without coloring, and in interned I heard that R2R is not that transparent and color your music by making it more organic and beautiful, is that a bad thing for my situation? and if i am going for a clean audio without any modification to it, the old fiiok11 is a better option for me?)

@@wahid-lg1kkam not here for preferences, but for the most truthful uncolored audio, I think at least with that somebody with much bigger experience can help me.
@@skyclutcher9794 if you want uncoloured audio, it will also not be very musical. You don't want an r2r in that case. Usually it's a compromise, between musicality and technicality. You may find the most pure uncoloured sound to be boring. Most people do. This is why you need to listen to some gear of various sorts, and be honest with yourself as to what you really want, then it's easy.

In theory, it should be an improvement, but since R2R is more complicated [and thus expensive to design], it will depend on the implementation. I’m not a big fan of doing the following, but I would think about getting it from Amazon and if isn’t too your liking send it back.

LoL man. On a more serious note, have a look at Archimago's Musings blog post on this. obviously not as simple as "dCS wants to sue the little guy GoldenSound". There's a good reason why dCS was pissed at the review.
Thanks and just read it. Golden seemed to be using his own collaboration and making up subjective issues with dCS Bartok rather than substantiated objective criteria.
