I thought I recognized you there, but I convinced myself it was just your evil twin.
I was a regular at The Castle throughout my 20s and early 30s (I'm 39 now). I miss it and if I don't return to Tampa, I'm looking to move somewhere to engage back with the goth scene, but it seems not many places will have such a big scene as Tampa does. I'd have stayed involved with the scene if it were not for me getting very involved with butoh dance, which if you're not familiar shares a lot of gothic aesthetic or philosophy, and is the choice of look with say artist Sopor Aeternus. To dance butoh at a goth club actually is quite appropriate. :)
