'Tractor' RESCUES 'Skoda'!!!!! D6817 & 90001, Hartford, 9th April 2024

After class 90 'Skoda' 90001 Royal Scot, failed at Doncaster, class 37 'Tractor' D6817 ( 37521) was sent to rescue it.
Seen here passing through Hartford, returning to Crewe.

Excellent shot and awesone combination Phil, i caught 521 yesterday at Reddish, shocking conditions, and the line was getting very flooded so it crawled by, did get some great stills, but sadly rhry didn't return our way. Another great piece of footage from you, hope your well enjoyed cheers Nick.

Many thanks Nick. Glad you saw 521, and yes it was terrible conditions on Tuesday must have been bad if it had to slow down. On the return, your loss 😢was my gain 😀. At least the rain had stopped...., but not for long.

​@@philclarke3203yes it had eased a bit when it passed, but 66004 before it waa a washout, phonegot wet sohd to stop recording, did get it through Northenden earlier, then dashed to Reddish for a second helping, wish i hadn't bothered. Have a great drier day!
