Good information but for me i think looking at how you may bend the pully and or spend a lot of time and work and it will still be very iffy and a bent pully can cause other damage i think the fact that you can get a BRAND NEW ONE DELIVERED TO YOU FOR $175 total i believe im ordering a new one. But glad you made the video helps others make good decisions.
Well, I tried it. I figured if it worked, I'd saved $260. If not, I could return the bearings. I'll be returning the bearings. All I achieved was to bend the hell out of the pulley.
Say i have scag 48inch.was cutting grass then stopped cutting.engine still running.i replaced pto switch and now when try to use first time heard like a grind sound.tried again then it tried to kill the engine i flip switch back off to keep engine running.think i connected it right.any idea is bearings seized.thinking engine power trying to get pto to move but cant thks
