Lando squeezes Max onto the grass, nothing happens and no penalty or drama.
Max squeezes Lando off the track (Sainz squeezed him at the exact same location in the same race so much as half his car was off the track.. still managed to overtake on the straight), they make contact. Lando gets the worst of it = penalty/ drama and lots of content for the couch FIA.
Make up your fucking mind. Do you want hard racing or not. Hard racing comes with drivers crossing the line and get penalties. As Max did. Just so happens that the gaps were so big that it didn’t matter however he didn’t win the race… which, by all means, was very much possible for him to achieve as Lando had a 5s penalty against him.
Finally there is some action in F1… and tears and anger are flowing over.

I'm a Max Verstappen fan and even I know he was in the wrong on this one.

Yep Max was wrong. Got a penalty, the same one as Alonso for yeeting Zhou off the track and into orbit. I doubt verstappen brought his tape measure out. He didn't steer left, it's just the way the track flows. I guess Max already moved on sunday evening. I suggest you do the same.

@@Football_AdvancedI mean the whole story here is about Max being a dirty racer and putting Lando out of the race and he should have been punished more. Well, the FIA doesn't punish on the outcome but the violation itself, which was not leaving enough space on the outside while defending the inside. Max made the mistake and he got the penalty. End of discussion. The content could also have been about what Lando could have done different to make a successfull pass. It could also have been about why Lando is out of the race. Verstappen gave him a puncture, got one himself too, went on to finish fifth and almost took home a point for FL. The only reason Lando was out of the race was Lando himself, you can't drive a car with a flat round the track the way he did, you'll ruin the whole car. He needs to learn this for becoming a WDC.

      @@TheBMW2000mad should’ve had 2 other penalties
1 for overtaking/leaving the track and gaining an advantage
      1 for moving under braking
Just so happens he ruined his and Lando’s race so the stewards never investigated it

@@ashhollingsworth3314 you mean when Lando overshot his braking and Verstappen took evasive manouvers to avoid contact? Yeah could have been a penalty for Lando but luckily they just let them race. The other rule you think got broken is no longer a rule. It was created for Verstappen but when it was in effect, he never broke it. The guy is just smart around the rulebook.

Max has always been a petulant and dirty driver when he's under pressure. His arrogance doesn't allow him to look at the bigger picture and except that he wont always win every race. He needs curtailing massively, punishing properly and then prove himself on fair terms. Hamilton could be bargy at times, so could Vettel, so could Schumacher, so could Senna. But none of those were reckless and petulant on the amount of occasions Max is.
He will never be able to mentioned in the same breath as those drivers, no matter how many titles he wins, without correcting that. Because truly great drivers prove it with their driving skill and pace. Not by forcing other racers off the road anytime something goes against them.

Did you even watch Senna race? The man literally and purposly took out his opponent first corner first lap of the final race to ensure his WDC😂 In what world is Verstappen dirtier than that? Verstappen defends hard, in his view right up untill the edges of the rulebook, good, that gives something exciting to watch instead of the ' i go to the right so you can DRS pass cause you're faster than me and I need to safe tires'. Verstappen himself was surprised as well in the postrace interview about the wheels touching. Clearly he thought there was 1 cars width but he was mistaken.

Calling the greatest driver of all time dirty is hilarious. As I said he COULD be bargy. He wasn’t every race like Max. Max repeatedly breaks the rules and doesn’t race fair. That’s a fact and he gets punished for it. Just not severely enough.
