good 1..I proposed in one of your comments to do a video on engineering and it's good to see this new one(Don't know whether you were predetermined or you got it from me but the content was awesome) just one thing I would like to say not everyone ends up in 10k job...there are startups and people who really develop their industrial knowledge beside learning the medieval old syllabus to pass semester does crack although the percentage is negligible

I did my engineering from private College and then prepare for competitive exam and got selected in a good PSU. Still I m not happy with my job and not satisfied. People who think life will settle after getting Engineering job in govt. department is just a myth. Even in Govt. companies So much of workload. Working hours r not fixed. Sometimes I have to go on Sundays also. U have to follow every order of ur Boss like a dog. If u don't either u will be transferred far places or ur promotions will get delayed or hinder.
Salary is also not that much that it should be..

1. old theory Jo padhate hai wo jaruri...! Agar koi 2+2=4 NAI Kar pata toh integration BHI NAI kar pata....!
2. CS me bachha log ko microprocessor me 8085 aur 8086 padhata, kyu ki wo padhne se bachha log ko Baki jitna Naya processor banta sab samjh me aaa jata kahe ki wo basic hai usi par Baki Naya processor expand karta!
3. Theory janne se application jyada achha se admi Kar pata!
Agar janta ki koi algorithm kaise kaam karta toh usko koi dusra jagah laga pata.
4. India me bachha log padhai NAI karta bas marks k piche jata.....class Ka topper log ko C ka for loop tak NAI Aya...! Bas marks 8-9 points Lata!
5. Programming Karne Ka ek ko BHI thik se logic use karna NAI ata.
6. Naukri bohut hai company achha bohut hai.....Google Microsoft adobe oracle sab..lekin bachha log TCS Capgemini service based company ko manta
7. GATE ke liye Nahi padhta GATE ke liye padhta toh admi ka concepts clear hota...! Achha company yahi mangta.

This is even true for Indians in the west. Many of my Indian friends where I live studied Engineering because their parents said so. They had no real passions for it or even the aptitude.

You are right.....But the problrm is in colleges. in colleges they are not updated about what technologies are in demand and what is the future.....they start useless streams like biotech,instrumentation which have no future independently ......colleges should hire techers eho have solid industrial experience or research background......but they hire those who do useless postgrauate programs after not getting a job.But the good thing is that ppl are getting aware these days.8 yrs earlier I too passed out with an useless degree.....somehow I managed to land up in a PSU job.But life gets stagnated.There is no value addition in you and u only need to slog on.Till this date I see my frnds struggling with their jobs,layoffs,uncertainty .But those who were to make money achived their goals annd are still doing the same by exploiting the gullible youth and their innocent parents.This is certainly not the country our forfathers fought for.A change is needed otherwise in ten years of time something serious might happen.
