I sandbagged myself… I was so excited for your new skid steer 😢😂. Maybe someday. I enjoyed going from you to One Eye Custom. Y’all should be able to make a few more videos with all that goings on 😉. Marcus from Chesapeake - at the moment.
Dang Adam first you had to endure a week long paid vacation and now except a new and improved piece of equipment, all without having to work a job, our condolences.
Wow Adam, that is a major improvement. It will not be wasted on you one bit. You just increased your efficiency with this new machine. I can wait for the next videos as you and Doug just may find room for improvement. See you in the next installment.
The Japa machines are the only processors that I've seen (imho) that DO NOT have splits pile up at the bottom of the conveyor. Metsa got it right ✅️ 👌 Nice machine
It looks like you might need to change your layout again so you aren't lifting logs over the machine or the operator when you have help. Stacking logs behind the log deck might be more efficient and safe.
Only thing I would change is raise it up on a platform so you don't have to lean over so much to operate it. It was incredible to see that the weather didn't affect the overall looks of the old machine, a true testimate to their build quality.
Congratulations Adam, very cool addition! I've watched Eastonmade and Japa processors, and I'd take a Japa any day. @japa, let me know and I'd love to try one!
Good. Now your tractor with forks is free to move the baskets. Maybe you can line up your baskets 3x3. Overload into the center basket & spill into the outside 8 baskets. Might be too much of a hassle.
Adam, that was a very informative video. It is going to make it a little easier for you to make your firewood. Stay safe. Bill H from Cranberry Township
Nice bit of kit. Good seeing that Honda iGX 700. I ordered the iGX800 option for my EZ Boardwalk Model 40 which I was expecting in Sep but Stanton tells me is now looking like mid-Nov.
Freeing up your tractor from having to power the Japa wood processor should increase your wood yard productivity. For a moment I thought you were getting a Bobcat in addition to a new wood processor. That would have been sweet.
It looks like this one is going to be a huge time saver, and will up production for sure. I know it's not an inexpensive item. You've done cost analysis on other items/projects, have you done one on this item?
Yay - so many blessings!! That's so good that this splitter is gas powered, & you don't have to use your tractor!! We can't wait to see you splitting more firewood - so relaxing!! We barely use our heater, so it's nice to see y'all needing/using firewood!! 😉 God bless y'all! Congratulations, & thanks for your channel!! ❤️🙏❤️
Hi Adam congrats for your upgrade . Other than making life easier it did not appear to split any faster. I tried to count the seconds from each operation, sawing to sawing droppiing to dropping and ramming to ramming the 3 operations on both machines seem the same. Could you do a time trial with the new machine let us know how long 3 totes take to fill. Japa need to speed up all 3 procedures. As an after thought, build a big shed to operate the machine in the winter when the weather is bad then you can catch up on splitting.
14:14 - Good thing the EPA - who collectively have never swung an axe or chopped a log - makes insane rules for all of us to keep us and the whole world safe. They have a meeting in Davos to fly to to save the world pretty soon.
Would it be beneficial to swing the log rack and splitter 90⁰ clockwise now, kind of up against the pond, would open space and might be easier for excavator to load the log rack?
I’ll be over to run the tractor now that it is freed up! 😁 basket mover without unhooking from the processor!
You know you are famos when you sign your equipment. Nuce touch.
Glad to see that Bob continues his streak as OWB Employee of the Month.
I love that Bob is wearing his Ohio Wood Burner Employee Of The Month T-Shirt :)
Those Honda V twins are a fantastic engine .
Ooooooh, NICE upgrade!
Send that Japa to clarion, Pa. I’ll run it with my kioti!
Very cool - you autographed it! Bye Bye!
hi there interesting , show thanks john
Awesome,no more PTO!😊
That machine is awesome! Great video Adam!

I did the same! 😂
Adam, your signature just bumped the value of that splitter to ‘collector status’! 😉
Did you say machine? Thats my line.
At first I thought you had bought the bobcat 😅 great update though on the splitter
Dang Adam first you had to endure a week long paid vacation and now except a new and improved piece of equipment, all without having to work a job, our condolences.
Bob,you did it again for another wood 🪵 hound ❤😊😮
Nice upgrade
Thanks for the review
8:55 Neighbor Doug shows up to Supervise!
Muito bom parabéns

Nice upgrade to your firewood processing, Adam. Good vid, too. 👍

Now he can, before his tractor was in the way.
Congrats on the upgrade!
Great video of the changing out the Japa!!! Looking forward to more videos of it running!! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
Wood wood wood
Time to make lots more firewood!
Great addition/upgrade!
Lots of pros with the new. One con is another engine to maintain. Enjoy the new machine
Mike Morgan still has more toys! I think you’re ahead of Joe.
Nice upgrade. Now you can move those baskets without unhooking your tractor.
They paired a high quality engine with a high quality machine. Nice!
Only thing I would change is raise it up on a platform so you don't have to lean over so much to operate it. It was incredible to see that the weather didn't affect the overall looks of the old machine, a true testimate to their build quality.

Awesome that you don't have to put hours on your tractor now, but add it to the list of engines to service! Ha
Good. Now your tractor with forks is free to move the baskets.
Maybe you can line up your baskets 3x3. Overload into the center basket & spill into the outside 8 baskets. Might be too much of a hassle.
Re-enable the auto split! Automation = more productivity
Adam, that was a very informative video. It is going to make it a little easier for you to make your firewood. Stay safe. Bill H from Cranberry Township
You gotta do a torture test video now and get through that backlog of wood! 😂
Nice bit of kit. Good seeing that Honda iGX 700. I ordered the iGX800 option for my EZ Boardwalk Model 40 which I was expecting in Sep but Stanton tells me is now looking like mid-Nov.
You should do a firewood stand update
Looks fun!

I wish
Hello from Australia 🇦🇺
Great upgrade to your firewood processor.
It looks like this one is going to be a huge time saver, and will up production for sure. I know it's not an inexpensive item. You've done cost analysis on other items/projects, have you done one on this item?
If the bobcat was staying, this video would've been to emotional for you Adam. Back in business, with the tractor freed up.
That's definitely going to speed things up for you and save fuel
Maybe over the engine too.
Nice upgrade - should work well for your woodyard. Stay safe.
I wish I had more trees, just so I could buy one of those.
Nice!
I knew the Dougmeister would be there!! 👍 Nice machine.

Yes! Thank you Dianne
I think you're gonna love having your tractor being free to use.
Now you need to get your pole barn up.
Yes , I want to see that build .
Congrats on the new splitter
Saves on Diesel fuel and wear and tear on your tractor. Win-Win!

I think i would like to free up the tractor. Hours are hours no matter if the engine on processor or tractor. Not a big deal but i see value in it
14:14 - Good thing the EPA - who collectively have never swung an axe or chopped a log - makes insane rules for all of us to keep us and the whole world safe. They have a meeting in Davos to fly to to save the world pretty soon.
👍👍👍👍

Love to see a factory tour video.
So it wasn't a 435 Perfect Clean Perfect Split 🤭😉🤣
405 or bust for me
I don’t understand why you needed a rental when you have that big machine that you loaded the logs with
That’s a lot of equipment! Congratulations! Would the outdoor equipment last longer with a roof overhead?
Never understand disconnecting that auto split.
Is a shelter in the future for your firewood yard?
By putting your John Hancock on that machine... there goes the "Demo Discount." Will probably sell for more than retail.
From my viewpoint it’s much quieter and you can hear the saw cutting.
👍👍👍❣❣❣🤩
It is good that there is a safety basket around where the wood is split.
Why disable the auto split?
Idea for neighbor Doug. Put a hinged cover over the gas tank to keep it out of direct sunlight and weather.
I think that they should both be mounted on wheels to make it easy to move them.
That would not be very stable.
Finnish quality
Gx700.....so is that a 7hp four stroke?
700cc vTwin with approx 22HP
Thought you were going to get a new Bobcat.
I want one
I know he kind of teased us with that thumbnail intro photo.
Those machines are cool as hell, but the ROI is ridiculous. 35k for a processor? Stupid
These bots are crazy, making me wanna invest with some lady named Elizabeth. 🤔
It’s deleted…
