Melvin says that while he doesn’t claim to be an expert, the photos “weren’t really all that racy.”

Kate should be able to go topless by a pool on private property without worrying about someone photographing her. As a human being that is her right even as a future queen! That french publication violated her rights, and they have no grounds, using Meghan's consensual photo shoot as leverage.
Unfortunately becoming a royal you sacrifice ALOT you could even argue certain freedoms. Some say it’s like wearing a crown made of diamond thorns, but the French media were definitely in the wrong.
Megan K is really trying to antagonize the NON situation. Why even bring this up when it’s not even an issue. She is the only one bringing these things up: she is a bully. Jenna Bush had a bad past too. But why is she bring Anthony in this convo?
If you know one day you will be queen you don’t go topless. When you become a royal your life isn’t yours anymore. She should have known better. And also she should know that the paparazzi are everywhere and they don’t care
Good lord. In a private home on vacay she should be able to sunbathe topless in a secluded area and not have to worry about paps with their long lens stocking. What's next? Taking pics in the shower? She did nothing wrong.
In the U.K. no media is allowed to publish the faces of kids unless the parent has given consent.

I am sure they tried very hard searching for everything in 2016,when the news broke, so that the relationship will fail, but when they couldn't find anything on her(this is a real miracle in this day and age with technology and social media) they resulted in smearing her, D- list actress, black, American, liberal, divorced, old, poor,.............lady, the list goes on. They will not stop, however, I am happy that Meghan is a matured, smart, grounded and intelligent person which I guess is the reason Harry couldn't let go, as his past lovers couldn't handle that 'craziness' and broke off relationship. I personally pray that they never forget the reason(s) why they fell in love and have each others back no matter what.

Jenna is a beautiful woman. She has her father's and mother's features. I always like to see her in pictures. She looks down to earth and so does her sister Barbara. Seems as if both are sweet down to earth ladies, not snubs for being they are a former president daughters. Their mother also is very pretty and friendly with the people she meets.

It wasn’t that film that was the problem. It was the topless pictures she took of herself whilst on a hen weekend in Italy a month into her relationship with Prince Harry. To be honest it shouldn’t be a problem but the fact she did it after she started seeing him was not a very intelligent thing to do knowing that they’d find their way onto the www. Not savvy for a supposedly savvy person
I should add that her lawyers are desperately scrubbing the www of her history. Moral is. If you’re important person don’t do things that will cast a shadow over your integrity.
From a partners pov if she hasn’t laid before him all of her past and things like this start to bubble to the surface, or if she’d told him certain things but omitted others, then for me personally, and I don’t think I’d be any different from any other man or woman who’s in a supposedly deep loving relationship which is going to result in marriage, I’d be starting to think a bit about whether I’d trust her/him or not wrt to being truthful. He’ll probably be sitting there licking his wounds a little I’d imagine. Partly because of what I just said and partly down to embarrassment.
