I'm a 24 year old and I believe that the youth should lead society. Older generations hold too many prejudices towards certain people. Whereas majority of the youth see an all encompassing just world. This guy is one exception as a bad leader however it's worth noting that he had a military background so it's expected of him to have a violent nature.
Younger leaders are more fit, more creative to help think of better solutions and more importantly understand the needs of the disenfranchised and marginalized youth. After all governments should have the youth as their number 1 priority as the youth of today is the future adults of tomorrow.
A true leader is someone who plants a tree in which shade he will never rest under but to create shade for generations to come.
