My only wish is that it would be good, if they could raise the food preparation area up, maybe some temporary worktops instead of being so on the ground. Also it would be great if they can get those cooking and selling food to do some food hygiene course, give them a certificate they can display in their kiosk. That would help those who are not used to buying food from such places a bit of confidence

There is nothing wrong where they are preparing it. Hygiene??? What is not hygienic about where she is cooking it?? They are using charcoal and you want them to cook it where??? Why don't you go and furnish it for them? I wish to see where you sleep!!!!
@@surprise4089 Exactly, agreed. I love these places. The authenticity and tradition, it has been done this way for years. If it was unhygienic they would not have a thriving business with regulars frequenting the place. Your comments insinuates that there are hygiene issues, which you can clearly see there are not.
