@@Akm_699 some of ‘south asia’ not all of it. Pakistan is where it’s at. I’m not too keen on India for food. Iran is Persia, and ‘Arabia’ is has been Saudi Arabia for the past 100 years. So I don’t get what your point is
Don't sleep on Indonesia and Singapore. Thing is, we're confident enough in our cuisine to not feel the need to pooh-pooh other food cultures. We embrace everyone.
