Family Cook-Off Competition while Cabin Camping

Our family competes in a cook-off each time we camp. I put the Traeger to work smoking a 17lb Brisket, two 3lb Tri-Tips, and a 9lb Pork Shoulder using various Lane’s BBQ seasonings/rubs.

- Lane’s BBQ Combo (Sweet Heat & Garlic2)
- Lane’s Apple Pie Seasoning
Overall the Tri-Tip coated in both SpellBound and Chili Lime won first prize.
Took first place for this year, next year’s competition will be even more stout!!
