    -2 eggs
    - 1 tbsp almond milk
    - 1/4 tsp baking powder
    - 1 scoop NutraOne ProteinOne protein powder (My preference, you can substitute other brands and flavors)
    - 1/2 cup rolled oats
    - 2 tbsp coconut flour
