Ahhhhhh the struggles of what we deal with here in S.E. Texas.... Gotta wade through a thousand tiny fish to find the elusive 5 pounder and storm flood waters that move everything around. That's why we drive to Rayburn, Toledo Bend, Naconiche and Fork so often

Jacob Wheeler Fishing id love to fish with ya sometime if you are ever around lake Cumberland ky. I live within 10 min of the river that feeds it. My pb smallie is 5 pd and large mouth is around the same. 🤙🏻

Were yall limited to one section of the river to fish? Also is the whole river the same way in regards to all the little fish in it? Why is the river like that with all the little fish?? Sorry for all the questions lol. Just curious.
bnathanb1982 majority of it is saltwater have to find areas of freshwater
for this event we were only allowed to fish Texas waters. Then there were several counties inside of Texas that we were unable to fish as well due to their size limit restrictions.

Ben Pearse the struggle and the close weights make it extremely fun to watch in my opinion. Especially being from south Louisiana this is the struggle every time I go fishing so it’s nice to see them go what some of us go through every time we go fishing

Why does the elite series go to a place that only takes 10 lbs for 5 fish to good. There are so many good lakes. Also why is the sabine so bad I thought Texas had chunks
Jonathan Scavelli $$ who ever foots the bill for the Elites or FLW Tour to come to town then thats where the go... Texas has chunks but the Sabine river is a different monster...
Phillip Whittaker yeah see that's just whack if they want more views go to the lakes or rivers that produce big fish I get the money aspect but to me if you go to a better lake you'll get more coverage which in the end is more money.
