This will be my 10th trip, but the first time during the Coronavirus, so I will share what medications I will be taking with me, and how to create space by reducing bulk in the suitcase.

Wow that's pretty much how my suitcase looks too when I travel to Bangladesh.
The water purifier tablets are a great idea so is the travel wash that comes in the tube.

Hmmm can't you buy the flavoured teas you like in Bangladesh Louise ?
You've got enough medicines to open your own pharmacy in Bangladesh when you get there 😁

The good quality teas get exported abroad, you can get all the flavoured teas with brand names but they are very expensive! I plan on doing a video to compare the prices of certain goods/foods etc compared to what we pay here. That applies to medicine too as the quality is not as good as here, they dont work as effectively, and any that I don't use I leave behind to my inlaws family

Do you mean phone charger? I took my normal charger and a multiplug plus an adapter for 2 pin. Depends on where/who you are staying with. Ask what type of plug 🔌 they use and take appropriate adapter
