Been coming here for over a year since Dave’s review. The pizza is solid and the service is fantastic. Nicest bartenders in the business, which is nice since we like to eat at the bar.
Just picked up a pie. It’s incredible.

This is my pizza place ! So proud to live near Princeton and to have this legendary pizza as my go-to option. If you’re ever in the area, give this place a shot. It’s well worth the trip and they will never disappoint. They’re always very busy, but it’s worth the wait. 🍕

When he opened that box all I thought of was Sally’s. It looks like Sally’s and I could almost feel the crisp. Being from the CT shoreline and having eaten those spectacular New Haven pizzas for my whole life I could’ve told you by looking at that pie that it was in the high 8’s.

I am currently staying in Princeton for my job and ordered from Contes today.
I’m a Chicago guy so I got a sausage pizza and was surprised by how good it was!
Nice sweet sauce, sausage with a hint of spicy and a crispy crust!!!

I grew up there I highly recommend it, and I wouldn't even say it was the best pizza in town when I was single digit age (or at least not my favorite, but always high quality)

He inflates scores for his bar pizzas, which are the kind that i dismiss.
Floppy toward the middle and center, a lot of grease, and he gives it a massive score. Sometimes he confuses me with these reviews. Must taste pretty damn good.

The secret to a 10 for Dave is to have as much crisp as possible, just put some cheese and sauce on a saltine cracker that would have ever more "crisp"
