Vital proteins collagen is my favorite. I also tried the liquid collagen tubes by "Applied Nutrition." It was 🥝 strawberry and it was so good but expensive because it costs $8.00 and only 5 tubes come in a box. I also purchased the powder collagen by "Neo Cell." I hate the way it tasted and it didn't dissolve all the way so I guess u have to put it in hot water. The vital proteins has no flavor and it dissolved so easily. I just put a scoop in my bottled water and drink it. I love how it makes my skin look. Thank u for all of the information and have a blessed day.

Cute Flower hi, it wouldn’t look the same on dark/black hair for sure, this is Demi permanent color so it’s ammonia free and instead of penetrating the strand of the hair it’s just coats it, so it’s not a permanent color. I also wouldn’t try to go lighter using at home color, I would for sure go see a specialist so they can do a great job 👌

Silica is great as a supplement for hair, nails joints and more , I personally don’t use it but I don’t think it would hurt. I use collagen peptides all the time every day and I love it, I use it in my coffee but they do have a creamer as well (I think) which would probably change a flavor of the coffee 🙃
