- SC On Electoral Bonds: On Friday (March 15), the Supreme Court explicitly stated that the State Bank of India (SBI) must disclose electoral bond numbers, in addition to the purchase and redemption details it has already revealed for the bonds.

The Supreme court Should Summon the Directors of the CBI, ED, Income Tax Dept, NIA and CMD of all the banks to place before the Supreme court of India : How Many Raids, Searches, RC, FIR , ECIR were registered against the Companies registered under The Company Act or Partnership Firms after 2014 to till date and Set aside orders of all the " Waived of Heavy Loan" & Closure Reports accepted during Biggest Chanda Extortionist Modi Regime .

Why not court judge appointments at all levels be through a common entrance exams (similar to such as ias, ips and ifs cadrres for lower courrs, high courts and supremen courts) as national talent test under the syllabus of law students. The job profile demands high level analytical, intellect, history, culture heritages of the country cituzens, valur and diplomacy.

Companies, NGOs or any Institution funding a political party in any form, should be treated as illegal and punishable as they are not by definition 'Citizen' and won't have voting right. They should not be concerned about which party to rule and should limit to run as per the law in force. They should discharge their functions to their stakeholders and stakeholders can donate as per their choice, as all stakeholders won't support the same party, and institutions can't donate their money to a party of their choice. Many stakeholders even may not like to fund any political party
People may look at the Judicial System to rule them rather Govt. by political parties in the future.

Anyone old enough would know that until 1969, contribution to political parties was open. Indira Gandhi’s Congress party & government that survived due to support of communists banned political contribution by enacting laws and by 1971, abolished privy purses and political status of erstwhile rulers of princely states. That was against democracy because from then on corruption and black money started because now only congress gets political contribution from wealthy donors and businesses and no one knows it.🙄
BJP governments were the cleanest that Indians can get because others are the worst. After 1000 years of subordination of foreign rules Indian voters prefers interests of the self rather than collective benefit of neighbourhoods and everybody as a nation. People of every constituency should learn civic activities to participate in governance and keep elected and selected administrative officials and employees in check from gram panchayat level to those in New Delhi. Unless Indians do that future would be in jeopardy no matter how technology and world trade flourish.
