Indian court ka work process system is very slow, case ka judgement jab tak ata hai tab tak pta chalta hai ki jisne case kiya mtlab badi or pratibadi iss duniya se chal base hai.
Sor high court works for 10am to 5pm amd 1 hour lunch 6hrs and Case listing are 100 to 150 where judge can hardly hear 20 cases so why item 100 120 140 are given when will cases comes to listing for justice...

Indian court ka work process system is very slow, case ka judgement jab tak ata hai tab tak pta chalta hai ki jisne case kiya mtlab badi or pratibadi iss duniya se chal base hai.
Sor high court works for 10am to 5pm amd 1 hour lunch 6hrs and Case listing are 100 to 150 where judge can hardly hear 20 cases so why item 100 120 140 are given when will cases comes to listing for justice...
Still SC can make this judgement into law..... a provision in constitution which SC had never used in recent times. Current CJI doesnt want to hv an impact thru his actions. We hd got sexual harrasment guidelines with the help of this provision, as inspired from foreign.
