Ingredients:
Base:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (wrote 1 tsp in the captions which is also fine)
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 shot of espresso
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
Topping:
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 3/4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
- cocoa powder to dust

i regularly do a much simpler version. Just 40g oats, 100ml non dairy milk, 1 tsp sugar or maple syrup and 1 tsp cocoa powder. Fridge overnight, in the morning top with Greek yoghurt and any variety of toppings. Not as luxurious, but something i can do more often, and I don't like it too sweet.
It needs coffee at the very least for a tiramisu though

FYI this has almost 40 grams of sugar with the amount of maple syrup in it.... so you're getting well over your daily allowance just with breakfast.
I've been trying this recipe for 2 times, and I can say it is actually really good. It really tastes super similar than a normal tiramisu. I really recommend you it 😊

I think u can skip maple syrup added to greek yogurt for less grams of sugar intake. Just a little tweak according to your preference.

You can use mascarpone instead of yagourt as in an autentic tiramisu.
Yes. And biscuits instead of oat. And sugar instead of maple syrup.
@@re.f.-xf2iu biscuits no because not healthy (gluten), sugar no not healty (glycemic index), but mascarpone YES because it is lipid and it is as healthy as yagourt.

the flavor of dahi will be more sour than Greek yogurt, so while it can work for some overnight oats, you probably wouldn't want to use it for a sweet recipe like this
I think oats and chia seeds could be mixed with espresso for better tiramisu flavour.
I'm definitely making this, but with whizzed up oats. I hate the texture of them unwhizzed.

Tiramisu is not just coffee. Its also Amaretto (or at least the flavor of it). That seems to be missing.
The original tiramisu recipe had no alcohol in it
I don't know what tiramisu you guys are having, but here in italy tiramisu is biscuits (savoiardi, to be precise) dipped in coffee with mascarpone custard and cocoa powder on top.
But still, you can find many different variations with other biscuits and/or fruits instead of coffee and cocoa and so on
