Disclaimer: The solo starting at minute 3 was recorded a couple of days after I did record the rest of the song. Originally, we did have a guest guitarist planned for this solo but unfortunately he didnt make it before the deadline, so I doubled all guitars in the studio myself and added this solo a couple days after.

What I like most is that the singer is not trying to be Russell Allen. He's showing his own incredible timbre...
You actually play that solo better that Michael Romeo. Your articulation is better and you have a more natural musical touch. I always found his performances to feel mechanical and rushed - and the notes don't pop with authority. Yours do.

What the fuck. Everything is perfectly mixed and played and the vocal adds a lot of grandiosity. The bASS especially is super well mixed, I just like how we can here it more.
