1971 my mother was 1 years old, my grandma told the story how lived 100 of places in this 9 month, where the pak army came every people ran away from one place to another. when they returned they saw their home have been burned. rajaker, al-bodor, al-sams they are most cruel. What pak army has done is not acceptable. my dad was then 10 years old he told us what he has seen. My question is can pak leader can take same action on Pakistan now. They (some pak leaders then) doesn't think us as their people. We actually not wanted the separation but we are force to give it a second thought.

About the use of excessive force on the night between the 25th and 26th March 1971, we have a statement from Brigadier Shah Abdul Qasim (witness No. 267) to the effect that “no pitched battle was fought on the 25th of March in Dacca. Excessive force was used on that night. Army personnel acted under the influence of revenge and anger during the military operation.” It has also been alleged that mortars were used to blast two Residence Halls, thus causing excessive casualties. In defence, it has been stated that these Halls were at the relevant time not occupied by the students but by Awami League insurgents, and were also being used as dumps for arms and ammunition stored by the Awami League for its armed rebellion.

I was enjoying from episode 1-6. I was thinking you were neutral. But in the 7 part, you give information bye referring to a woman called Sharmila Bose who is not neutral in writing history. Fault was from both sides. But Pakistan's fault was most. You also missed some points. Why 90 lakhs bangali went to india. This was because many were killed and raped. Although the numbers of the killing and raped was not convincing but still pak army should apologise for what they have done. You also give some false information. I hear from my many relatives about the situation of 1971. Pak army started the war, they started firing, the started the killing,so what bangale would do? And I saw in front of my eyes the brave police brothers of our country without a moment's delay began to deal with the foreign bandits armed with heavy weapons with ordinary rifles. They didn't even care about their own life. In front of my eyes I saw many people being torn apart by bullets. But seeing all this, none of the policemen escaped in fear. Seeing that, my chest filled with pride. But then there was no time to think so much, I leaned on the floor of the SF canteen and began to tremble.
My police sirs could no longer stand in front of them. They set fire around the police barracks. Then one by one they began to enter the barracks. Some policemen managed to escape at the last minute, some died, and several were caught.
As soon as the invading Punjabi army entered the barracks, the Bengali police brought the sirs out of the barracks, charging them with bayonets and batons on their noses, mouths and whole bodies and kicking their boots. Seeing all this, I was not conscious then. The thought of how to escape from there was not working in my head. In the meantime, some barbaric Pakistani invaders entered the canteen, grabbed my hair and dragged me out.
Then in the light of that day, in front of everyone's eyes, the barbaric alien devils started attacking my body. When I think of this memory, I still vomit. I stay up night after night. My kind husband comforts me, but I can't help myself.
At that time they were bursting with brutal joy while I was being tortured. One oppression after another was going on. When I was almost on the verge of death, I cried and cried and said, don't kill me, I'm the barracks sweeper, I clean the barracks' toilets and urinals. If you kill me, there will be no one to clean it up. Then so much blood, so many corpses will start to smell after a while, then new sweeper nehi milega to clean these!
Hearing my cries and cries, one of the aggressors said, "Okay, leave you alone." Magar tum bahar nehi niKlegi.
Then began my cruel captive life.
I am a woman. With my own life, I have realized that if a woman loses the respect of her body, that respect cannot be regained.
In those nine months, I have seen with these two burnt eyes the disgrace of hundreds of women, their tears, the constant attempt to forget the disgrace of life by committing suicide.
