I just come back to it as this review really told me a lot of about this device which I was so exciting to purchase and enjoyed a lot. Htc and it’s beautiful weather skin. Good memories. Lisa was there then and still she is rocking tech world! I wish I could send a gift as an appreciation from Houston to mobile tech
I have this phone and I love it no slowdowns, crashes, and works really good. Had iPhone before but got tired of it and wanted something everyone doesn't have.
I have a Tilt 2... they're ancient as hell. The stock ARM chip in it only runs at around 528 mh/z. I've overclocked mine to 787 mh/z using Set CPU. If you do get a HTC Tilt2, I highly suggest looking the phone up at xda-developers... there is a NAND flashable version of OMGB (Android 2.3.7) that works decently and there are also versions android that run from the SD card and allow you to keep Windows Mobile as well.
@Kweezy157 yeah I always go to youtube on my phone but all I can figure out is go to that kind of youtube not the one you put in programs part I kinda suck at doin that
i got this phone....ok i been in and out of this programming, and i cannot find out how to get the youtube video to work on it...tried flash player, but evidently no mobile flash player was created yet....my question is i want to know how to get that to work like in this video?....turn by turn directions plz. also i had somewat of a trouble gettin' the opera to work sumtimes....wat is the newest opera for mobile?

i have a regular blackjack and the keyboard is too small. i mostly text so i want a phone with a touch screen and keyboard. i have at&t does anybody have any suggestions?
My girlfriend has the touch pro 2, you can remove the back and battery and add the sim there but i am not sure if it wll automatically add you to a data plan.

I am loyal to Samsung because most of the newer phones have two distinct features that i am looking for: Call block and the ability to lock applications i.e. my stuff, address book, and recent calls. Does the tilt 2 have the ability to do this?

Very nice review! I'm gettin' an early upgrade and I think it's worthwhile. I have the fuze and that thing is slow as christmas. If ya'll are getiing the very same phone, I would highly recommend a top of the line browser, and that is Skyfire. I mean, I have had it on my fuze and that thing rocks!
Anything is better than the HTC POS 2. I bought it 6 months ago and right now none of my buttons are working, calendar is failing etc etc. Hitting it with a Driver once my Droid X comes...
@jahjah187 Tilt 2 has Windows mobile so not that. Aria is older version phone. Get the Inspire, it is by far better than these two phones. More ram and better camera.
The day I got this phone it started freezing on me and the only way to unfreeze it is taking the battery out. But u cant expect so much from Windows i guess.

The Tilt 2 is the AT&T variant of the HTC Touch Pro 2. AT&T branded it as the Tilt 2.

You can use the data on T-Mobile's data network but only via EDGE. The Tilt2 doesn't have all the T-Mobile 3G bands.

I know this has a full qwerty keyboard but can you use the screen to bring up a qwerty keyboard on the screeen instead of using the slider keyboard?

@4coolking try remove the bloatware and get a bigger microsd card and it may speed things up.
do you need to pay for the internet? or can you choose not to use #G, instead use WiFi?

this phone has a light sensor and it turns on the backlight on the keyboard when the lights are off

no a sim card is given to you, and acess to it is under the battery..i hope that helped.
