    Good to show the good side and bad side of the deck!

    Vacuum looks like it was a reasonable cut last weekend and a good include this weekend for the deck.
    The deck is fun when it’s on god mode or you’re able to navigate out of the scuffed starts, but the solid brick openers make you hate the game, life and yourself! It feels like a better bo3 deck than bo1

    Being flexible with your damage is great as well.

    I think Chien pao is the friendliest deck as well. Before I felt it was Mew VMAX, but with all the counters running around (especially Charizard), I feel Chien took it. The deck is easy to learn, not -that- expensive to build (except all the chien pao's). I often practice against my husband and this deck is the best for him to play cause he can play it by himself without me constantly giving him tips (fyi, he doesn't really play pokemon TCG, only against me)

    Pokemon TCG is actually fun again. Between Chien Pow, Mew, Lost Box and Charizard there is a pretty even playing field.

      And, I mean, Gardy is not that much above the rest.
      Also it feels like Miraidon fits the list perfectly as well.

      @@ciciuk3695 Yes honestly forgot about Gardy, she's great and despite the charizard weakness she's still a big threat which says a lot (same with Mew). Miraidon is playable but not on these other levels IMHO.

    I like playing 2-0-2 Pidgeot with Bax. Despite obvious weakness to path, having any 1 card feels better than a smattering of whatever, and path isn't super meta-prevalent

    Does Mew ex offer anything new to this deck?

  • @PokeDangDeals
    @PokeDangDeals Před 10 měsíci

    I've been playing online and never played in person. This is a deck that I think I would love to play live. What do you think about removing Bibarel and using Squawkabilly EX to help with situations where you can brick turn 1? And then Suicune V as a basic attacker, managing your energy resources, while also giving a chance to draw a card? I feel like it works, but like you said it's like a puzzle, and sometimes I fail the puzzle by doing the moves out of order.

      Squawk is ass I'd recommend pokegear and/or non ex mew way more, I've been maining the deck irl for a few months and you really can't afford to discard your hand like ever you can only afford to selectively discard things, also squawk being a 2 prizer on the bench defeats the purpose of the positive prize trade rotation the deck needs in order to win going second

    • @NoremacNavire
      @NoremacNavire Před 10 měsíci +2

      well the problem with both billy and suicune is the prize counts. yes bib is a 2 turn startup, but its worth it in the end because if it gets knocked out before its useful- it doesnt give out 2 prizes.

    • @skulltula2159
      @skulltula2159 Před 10 měsíci +1

      Without Bibarel your matchups against eg Tina fall apart, you need that reload after Iono to keep things moving

      Thanks that's super helpful. It makes a lot of sense, and I started realizing that Suicune is pretty awkward to put it into play, especially if I only have one of them. @@NoremacNavire

    Gets wrecked by stun cards too much. As someone who's ride or die for chien pao, I think it's a tier 2 or even 3.
