Materials you'll need:
Pad or sheet of Yupo, available online or at art stores*
Watercolor paints
Small dish/plastic egg carton for paints
Brush
Blowdryer
*Start with a small pad. If you like it you can always scale up later. By the way, you can sponge off the paint and resuse the paper!

Hi Clare: I enjoyed this video. I have used alcohol inks on yupo but not water colors, which I will try. I've been really busy with photography and a lot of vintage paper collaging. Would love to take your collage with mixed media class. Will check my schedule. Thank you. Stephanie
Thanks Stephanie!
Can you use gouache on yupo?
Yes you can. With all water media on yupo if I'm exhibiting or framing, I usually use a sealant spray so the paint doesn't chip off.
@@ClareWinslowArtStudio can you recommend a good sealant spray?
@@droopybosomsdragon9870 Something like: Krylon UV-Resistant Clear Matte works well.
