Brutus is awesome! The last time I was in Galena, Kansas was in 1970 Anthony. We use to drive from Joplin, Missouri to go drinking as the drinking age back then was 18 to buy alcohol.

Those were awesome rat rods. Big Brutus is a Dragline for digging. I've had the opportunity to work on one of the small ones, and there's a lot of work to operating it. Huge machine. Can't wait to see you start your c50 rig.
Looks like an old Lincoln hood ornament, they had the helmet mask over the trunk keyhole too

Was cool to see a fellow builder helping you out with parts for the same build off. Taylor's Gertius Maximus was pretty awesome looking to. Glad it at least thawed out enough you could travel safely and get some sort of progress and make us a video! Keep 'em coming please sir. Dug seeing Brutus as well(definite pun meant). Never been have always meant to.
Yeah Taylor is a great guy and I think it had warmed up to like 10 when we got to his place. Much better then the -4 at home. LOL I've wanted to go down and see Big Brutus again for some time to but yeah Life.....
Love watching the rat rod builds, especially all these semi local guys, so does anybody know if he has a youtube channel to follow the build. Thanks. (Or anybody else doing a CZcams build for the rat rod challenge. Drop your link!)
@SimonSaysGarage, @PieceNGrease and @coloradogrown562 are the only ones on CZcams that I know of
Niclac57 does a lot with the vortec 4200 GM motor.
If you sneeze going through Galena Ks you will miss it. Haha

I'm sure there are blind spots just like any truck with a box on the back
