Well.. The commercial was obviously filmed in Denmark, as anyone can clearly see. So naturally, there is absolutely no reason to assume that the ice cream was made anywhere else.
The actors are clearly Australian ones putting on fake Scandinavian accents and the shots involving pine forests at 0:04 and 0:23 were obviously not filmed in Denmark but somewhere in the NSW Southern Highlands
As a Dane, I can assure you, that this video was indeed filmed in Denmark, just outside the village of Copenhagen. Everything you see is true. I actually even met Lars once, at a cod fair.
