- This is how I’ve spent one of my days off.
I had to prepare for the week ahead. And I’m sorry I was missing for a while.
Life just happened I guess and I thought about making videos constantly , for those of you that follow me on instagram may already know that I share mini clips here and there.
These mini videos : are video diaries of my freedom of expression and basically me trying to share my experience as a junior doctor.
It’s also a reminder that I’m human just like you. I have feelings just like you and I experience life just like you!
I really hope society stops expecting doctors to be robots. Because we aren’t.
I hope to catch up soon and make more content. I have not forgotten about my online friends.
I hope you enjoyed spending the day with me.
For once my Brain was working at 97% capacity- I did forget the eggs but we recovered it quick.

I had to delete a lot of content of this platform , and basically shut down after that.
I hope I can use my platform for my personal / social / academic life and be able to have freedom of expression and speech from now on.
( obviously within the right parameters and make sure it doesn’t offend anyone ) - because thats what was happening , a lot of people were getting offended and reported me for bizarre reasons ( yet I was living my life ) - harming no one!
It really means a lot to me to know that you enjoy watching these videos and I will definitely try to make more when ever I have time.

It was surely too much for the both of us. But my friend kept the rest for his lunch and Calls. We generally do have a lot left over coz we live alone and just cook for ourselves. Most doctors / junior doctors are like this. But if we are in a hurry and are really tired we chop up something quick and easy or 🤣 go to a Woolies or the nearest garage.
I’ve seen some doctors come to work with a 2 l coke and the grace of God. - I am one of them .
