No, last week i have used my domain and set the domain as external on IONOS without paying any amount. so you can add your domain without paying $

How do you edit your site once it's been built? Someone else built mine and I'm struggling to edit.
Go to yoursite.com/wp-admin login to the dashboard. Please replace yoursite.com with your domain
very easy, you can go to your admin side and can install any age builder to your wordpress and design the site as you want.

@@leki7121 once you have successfully point your external domain on IONOs you can build or start wordpress , but make sure you have updated the DNS and nameservers successfully.

I had the same problem. I called Ionos support and they helped me out. It's a matter of linking things properly. Few steps and I was sorted.

That's because you're logged into worpress.com it means you want to use WordPress hosting. Logout and use the the hosting provider you bought a domain from. Unless you've not paid for hosting. Where did you buy the domain from?
