I'm so glad I stumbled up your channel. Your presentation is Awesome! Thanks
Based on this excellent presentation, I want to buy the PLUS subscription plan with your affiliate link, but first, I need explanations for the following questions:
    1. Since the PLUS plan offers unlimited websites, and going by your tutorial of a signup for 1 website, can I signup 5 domain names for that same price, and if not, how much will it cost?
    2. Can I register the 5 domain names at once, or should it be one after the other, or how best do you suggest it should be successfully carried out?
Thank you in anticipation of your reply.

Greetings! The plus plan allows unlimited websites. The unlimited websites includes hosting for the websites. You can host your 5 websites with this plan. You'll receive a free domain name for a year with the hosting purchase. The other 4 domains you'll have to pay for. You can buy those in the IONOS dashboard once you purchase IONOS. The pricing for the domains vary as the cost is different for each domain extension.

I already had a domain purchased through Ionos and I recently purchased the WordPress Hosing Grow package through Ionos. However, I can't get to the page shown at 7:38 of your tutorial. I just keep getting served packages to buy. HELP!

Greetings! This has happened to me too. I'm thinking your hosting account was created separately than the account you have for your domain name. Even if it's the same email IONOS more than likely has two accounts for you one for the domain and one for hosting. You should have an account number for the hosting one. If you input that when logging in you'll see the options and your hosting account. You can then use your domain name from the other IONOS account number for the domain.

    • @wpcupidblog
      @wpcupidblog  Před rokem

Greetings! As long as you have the website login details, or cPanel details, or hosting provider details you can edit the website. WordPress is a web content management system used to build websites. If the site was built with the IONOS website builder or Joomla for example you can't add WordPress to it. WordPress is its own separate website-building software. Do you have any login details to start with? I could help you figure out how the site was built.

Sounds like an error possibly happened. You could try the payment again to see if it goes through. If that doesn't work, I recommend reaching out to their team so they can look into it further and help you process the payment.

    Hi,
Thank you so much for your reply.
I want to also inform you that on Monday 26th June, I utilized your affiliate from this tutorial to commence the purchase of IONOS $1/mo web hosting plan as detailed in this tutorial. I was charged $12 at checkout with PayPal. At the point where I should have commenced the installation and configuration of my website, I was suddenly greeted with the message: “SORRY, THIS PAGE IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE” Also, I have the screen-shot of the payment, and this can be sent to you on request.
Presently, I’m at a loss on what to do, and will appreciate your advice on the next line of action.
Thanks in anticipation of your reply.
    Regards,
    Kerry

You're welcome! Hi Kerry, sorry to hear about your problems and with the sorry, this page is currently not available. Do you get this error when you type in Ionos in the search address bar and then click login on their site and log in? Once logged in if you click websites and stores. Then you can click the create a new website or store button to begin the process. If the error is still showing, try clearing your cache in the browser and trying again. It might be holding on to the cache for the error showing. Let me know if this didn't work!

@@wpcupidblog Thank you very much for the quick response.
I have just followed your guided response, and these were my observations.
The error message does not show up when I launched IONOS in the search bar of my browser.
When I clicked on login, it requested for: customer ID, email or Domain.
When I put in my email, it reported “An IONOS account has not been found with this email address. Correct your entry or login with your customer ID or Domain”.
When I put in the domain I tried registering with, it reported: “An IONOS account has not been found with this domain. Correct your entry or login with your customer ID or email.
In the course of the registration before it was aborted, the Email address I tried logging in with is what was stated. No communication whatsoever was established with the Email address, and there were no Customer ID issued me.
Please, I will appreciate your assistance for the resolution.
      Thanks.
      Kerry.

For some reason I was never notified of your response. My apologies. I recommend reaching out to IONOS regarding this. Something I've personally came across is if you sign up with IONOS in a different country make sure you are going to the country specific IONOS site. For example, if you signed up in the UK and trying to login with the .com version I've experienced not being able to log in.

If you have a domain name from another provider you can enter the IONOS nameservers with your domain provider in the DNS settings. That way your domain is pointed to IONOS hosting. Let me know if you need help. Happy to help!
