Miss Violet has embraced swimming like she does everything in life, all in and no fear. Honestly, my heart is in my throat every time she jumps in, but she loves it and is so happy about her new skill. She’s now swimming after Nevaeh trying to get the toys off her. I mean, goodness, of all the dogs. Nevaeh!
But there’s no telling Miss Violet she can’t do anything. And why would we? She’s living life her way and to the max.
At the end of the day, all the doggies are tired and very happy to come inside and find their spots on a couch for the evening. Everyone is quiet, some are snoring, all are dreaming of tomorrow’s adventures.

The world needs more 'Sams'. Her advocacy for those who have had difficult lives is amazing. When i saw Sam crying because YoYo couldn't go back the shelter I cried. Probably the Violets and Miss Red would have been euthanased as would be Shadow and Freddo. Sam's anxiety and her fearful voice when Violet found herself on top of the truck with no idea of how to get off won me over. I was terrified when Miss V disappeared under the pontoon so goodness knows what Sam felt! If only all humans with challenges had a Sam!

Firstly, I must confess that I absolutely adored Freddo from Day One. Not only has he proven to be such a " first-rate security giant," a gentle one, at that, but also such a "perfect gentleman" gracefully giving up his beloved pool toys to his competitive pals. He is truly a farm treasure! Can't get enough of him!
Definition of ‘Dedication’: while watching this video for the second time, there were two ads that were 40 minutes long! So I let them run and took the opportunity to vacuum, do a load of wash, pay bills, etc. Now that I know how important ads are to you, I’m getting a lot more chores done! Love this video btw. @@carolwilliams8511 the ads greatly help the Evans family withy revenue. Mute them, go somewhere else, but let them play. Repeatedly if possible. They may be irritating to you, but it brings in much needed income for the upkeep of the dogs. Be patient.

I didn't mean don't let them play, to help, but why would the advertisers think anyone actually sat through them with attention? I read while they babble on. I can't find how to mute them on my tablet but I can on the Chrome book. The disadvantage of muting is that you cannot hear when the dogs come back on!

Sam, I feel how much you think about Chance and his living arrangements, and I know it stresses you out, I just hope it’s not because you fear what this community thinks. Chance has the best life and he’s not alone, he has the farm, but he’s learning and he’s not ready…when he’s ready, you’ll know. In the meantime, he may be alone in his 5 star suite, but he’s living the luxurious life! If he was the only dog in a household,he’d be alone possibly an 8 hour workday or longer! You guys are doing beautiful work and I personally have never questioned any decision you’ve ever made for all the dogs at the farm. Much love and admiration from New Jersey, USA ❤️
Completely agree. I think also that because he is not ready the alone time is still needed for him.
Alone time is good for Chance, so when he finds his forever family and he is left alone it won’t stress him out. It will just be part of his normal day.
How beautiful is Miss Violet, she is so active & will give anything a try. She loves the water so much & isn't afraid of anything. My heart goes out to Miss Vioket so much, she hasn't let her disability get in her way at all..

You repeat yourselves as much as you want to Sam. Even if you've said something a dozen times before. There will always be new people that don't understand what's happening if you don't explain it to them. Be prepared for Miss Violet to climb up the fence and over the top like Rosco did by the paddock gate. I am amazed at just how happy Barney is. I know it is a given that once an Evans all is right in the world for each and every individual but I am still soooo happy for Barney. I appreciate he still has accidents that you guys clean up off camera and is a high maintenance boy with his diet and special diapers and onesies. Thanks you guys you sure do know how to bring out the best in people, dogs, cats, you name it really. I don't think we u-tube watchers truly understand the hard work you put in day in day out 24 hours a day every day of the year. Hats off to you Evans's hats off. Love It1

My dog died 2 months ago so I live vicariously through you now for dog walks and interactions. Thank you. May you all please take care and stay safe. Edit: where I used to walk my dog most were Covid puppies so they would all run around together. I think you have worked wonders with Chance. I had a fear biting Doberman so I understand how hard you have worked. Kudos to you guys. 😊

I feel your loss , and I understand the Pain - Our 2 rescue's died 12 months apart we only had them for 18 months but they were given everything. The very Best of Everything. _ We struggled to live in the house without a dog, So I memory of Bella & Jett we went and adopted and Older dog Senior that would not do well in a shelter - we seen his photo and he was so shut down, We just knew !! we drove for 2hrs to get him, bundled him up. Now he no long has to sleep on a board or live in a concrete cell - get hosed with cold water for a bath. He is living the Dream, He is slowly mending our hearts, but we know that it takes a long time to recover after loss of Precious fur babies - wish you could see him now. He is Just Beautiful 🐾🐾 - a chubby version of Roscoe - we are all on Diets. LOL sending love 😘your way ( when your ready Consider another dog to love & cherish., all dogs deserve a home🐶🐕
That's actually a great idea and I would happily pay for the experience and the farm could make money out of it too, even if they did it as donations rather than income, so it's not taxed!

I only have one complaint about these long videos. I do even less housework, lol. I have also discovered the secret to sleeping well. I need to go for long walks in wet grass, wild swim in a dam, chase toys and especially then try to kill a big ball in a pool. Instead I sit for an extra hour to watch you all.

Disability is not in Miss Violet's vocabulary. She can do anything she puts her mind to --- such a gutsy, very special girl. Shadow has decided she only swims in Dams and to see this precious girl leading the best life is beyond heart warming. Hope is gaining a more confidence every day and to see her howling along with the full Pack when Dad has gone somewhere shows that she has decided she is one of the Pack. Sam and Luke, you have changed so many lives for the better --- Thankyou for the love and kindness so clearly visible in these videos.

Starting at about 23:20, Luke starts swinging his legs back and forth and then mentions something about doing that. Just go back to that spot and replay it - this time with your eyes locked on Joey. She is totally fascinated by those swinging legs and doesn't look like she knows what to do about them!
Miss violet does so well even with her disabilities, she's become a little fish, love it.

Sam and Luke, you both have the most contagious laughs! I just found your channel and became a member a few months ago, but I’m already hooked. I have gone back and watched older videos. I was watching the package opening in this video and around 54:41 you guys got a package from a follower from the UK and mentioned a previous package from her and were trying to figure out if you had pronounced the name of her town correctly.
It was supposed to be
pronounced (angle-sea) and Luke asked if someone corrected you from the last package when you were trying to figure out how to say it and Sam said A LOT of people corrected them and Luke just collapsed on the table in laughter. I’ve seen Luke do that before and it’s so fun to watch, and as self deprecating as always he makes fun by saying what the whole world must be saying about you both and Sam had a big laugh… Oh goodness, my stomach hurts from laughing. 🤣🤣🤣 I could watch you guys laugh at yourselves all day long.

Sam and Luke I can totally understand what you were talking about with Miss Red. I was on steroids for many years and had the short fuse and yes, it was hard to disengage. Now I have a specialist who listens to my concerns and while it look a longtime to get off them. I noticed it took longer to get over the attitude but now it’s over so fingers crossed it will happen will with Miss Red. I know as you know Miss Red may need them again, as I will also and we both will deal with it as needed.
Yes, Luke most people swing their legs when they have the opportunity. You both have worked miracles with Chance and the work goes on but I have no doubt it will happen, hopefully his family will happen very soon.

Chance you big, beautiful boy. From a shelter and out of time, now this beautiful farm. With daily runs, interactions with other dogs, pets, love, private training, home made meals and his own suite. I don't think Chance is suffering with these accommodations. I pray his own family comes forward. I think he'll be amazing in the right situation. Miss Violet's new love of swimming is so wonderful to watch. You've accomplished so much already, in such a short time.
I love hearing all the different sounds of the wildlife on the farm. Seeing the kangaroos is always a joy to me. The bird sounds are just beautiful and of course all the dogs barking just adds to the songs. Thank you for all you do and for sharing it with us. God bless
I believe that even though 'Miss Violet' can' "hear with her ears, auditorily" she hears with her higher senses (like vibrations from others that we humans don't normally pick up) ...

"Oh, my goodness", Rosco 7ft fences challenge excepted. We had a Staffy who could jump 6ft fences we tried a weighted collar at first, it had 7 large sinkers and a truck ball bearing padded on an army belt and he just built up more muscle and still cleared the fence. Next, we added another foot, still cleared it, then we got some mesh to add width you guessed it. I would come home from work and stand on the bottom rung of the timber fence and call him and he would be 3 or 4 houses away and he would jump over the fences like a kangaroo, they were all 6ft timber fences. After 6mths we moved to acreage. Stayed home with newborn and dog. His name was Bungy and he challenged us for 16 long years.🦘🐾🐾🐾❤

I'm going to miss the sound of your squishing gummies Sam when summer arrives. We would not have a vid without Lily chewing on a stick. Chance is making Sam's pulse racing. Luke you will always be a little kid, your love and playful nature is incredibly beautiful. When Chance smiles his jaws look massive. Chance loves his Luke and I think he'd follow him into the unknown. He really wants Luke to be around him all the time to give his approval. I remember what he was like when he came to the Farm and he's unrecognizable now. All the four dogs that had their own "apartments", are totally different dogs today. You work wonders, Luke!

Your level of experience, committement and unconditional love is exceptional. You make all the difference for the abandoned and negatively labeled dogs in a long run. I hope soon someone will show up and snatch one of these diamonds away. Know that, whoever you are, their heart will beat for you always.

I think the Super Staffy story is ready for part 2. She's amazing. Her core strength must be massive. It must have helped her to overcome the neurological disability that saw her barely able to walk as a tiny puppy. Sam, your nerves (and mine) will get frayed even more trying to keep up with her as she becomes even more confident. Luke seems to have so much confidence in her ability & Miss Violet picks up on this. Awesome video !!! C'mon Miss Red, time to follow your sister's lead. ;-)
You need to get the goats out eating the grass. Make them “working goats” while the ground is too wet to mow. Thanks for all the laughs and tears. I find joy in watching every dog. My favorite is the one I am watching at the moment. ❤

I love all dogs, but pugs are my favorites hands down. They love to snuggle and no mater how big the dogs are around them, nobody messes with them 🥰🤣

Chance is very brave. I'm noticing he wants to lick or kiss so regular touch has really filled something for him.
Every time I watch The Farm's vids, I'm either smiling or have a silly grin & some times, a little teary. But the one that took the biscuit was the several loud whoops at Miss Violet's 1st solo swim & dock jump. I'm either on the way to work or at the work when your vids are uploaded. So - I wouldn't mind a Vulcan mind transfer ahead of time to give me an inkling of the vids' subject matter. Then I can hide in the ladies' to whoop in private 🤣🤣🤣 (filling the toilet stall with happy excited barks if I forget my earphones) 😁😁😁

I just love it when you pan around your lovely big loungeroom and there are dogs sleeping on every available surface! I do hope someone can see how lovely Tank and Chopper are and give them a forever home together. They are not the type of dog that I would normally be drawn to but these two are just adorable. I swear Barneys bottom lip was pouting when Luke put his onesie on,"oh the indignity"!
