- Cruiser and Korah the Dingoes had another play date. This time, Cruiser knew what was happening and was not weary at all. Instead, he was up at the fence looking for his dear friend. Korah too, was hanging out the window looking for hers.
As soon as Korah entered the playground they were off running around together, happy to be reunited.
But this time was a little different, Korah’s mum had some deliveries in the area and as planned left to do her work which had Korah a little worried and she began to miss her mum.
Knowing Korah loves playing ball we got the toys out, which Cruiser was happy to get into but Korah was still looking for Mum.
Meanwhile along the fence line we’re two little sticky beaks that had escaped being put away for the play date. Maggie and Miss Red.
Cruiser was saying hello to his siblings and so we thought it could be a good idea to bring them in, it might help distract Korah from worrying for mum.
And it did. Miss Red with her relentless efforts in getting dogs to play seemed to work. They all had a great time playing together.
There were a few moments. Maggie being deaf was giving off some confusing communications for Dingo Cruiser.
But overall it was a really great day.
We even got a little of Cruiser’s howl in. In response to the big pack in the distance calling out.
Thank you again Joh for bringing Korah over. Can’t wait to see Korah next time.

Yes Rover is probably Cruiser’s greatest play mate … Luke and I talked about bringing Rover in as it would seem a good match … Luke wanted to hold off on Rover for another time because, you might remember, Rover does have initial aggression towards new members. Whilst he is everyone’s best friend eventually, Luke thought that kind of initial vibe would likely not help Korah relax

It's amazing to see how far Cruiser has come--- standing at the gate waiting to greet Korah instead of running to hide at the sight of the van is serious progress. You may just turn this Dingo into a domesticated dog, after all. 😉
Cruiser seems very sensitive to the fact that Korah is a little unsettled with mum being gone. So loving ❤ So cool to see Ms Red and Maggie join in for play!
The best time seeing Cruiser and Korah playing together, but even more fun with Miss Red in the mix and the three of them prancing round in the water. Korah seemed to start more cautiously this time, especially once Joh (mum) left. Also, the differences between Cruiser (wild born 100% dingo) and Korah (parentage less clear, probably at least part domestic dog) become a bit more apparent (her tail, her face shape, her torso shape). Dingoes do appear to play tag by nipping each other, then chasing, which might explain why Cruiser nips the other dogs sometimes.

Yes nipping with those big teeth … even Luke cops a few playing with him … he’s getting softer with it which is real progress … especially knowing where he’s come from … opening Tank up several times … so it’s steps in the right direction 🙏

It's so good to see Cruiser so excited to play with his friend Korah. I do have a question, is Korah full dingo? It looks like she has a cattle dog face, or is that because she is female? Miss Red always gets the party started, if she was human she would be the party girl always up on the dance floor. 💃🥰
Korah’s mum has said that her mum was full wild dingo, she was seen coming into a barn at a farm up north and giving birth. The father is unknown. Korah’s mum believes there’s likely something else, possibly red Heeler. That said, Dingos come in all colours and shapes and sizes. Korah’s brothers look identical to Cruiser. So without DNA testing, and one that tested for all Dingo eco types, you can’t be sure.

Is there anything better than seeing Cruiser so happy with his friend? What a wonderful time they had together. And, you are right, Miss Red is relentless, but that is partially why we love her. When those two Dingos take off chasing each other, their speed and agility is awesome, and one can tell how much fun they are having. Thanks for another great video!

I usually think of Miss Red as a perpetual puppy but seeing her today I’m reminded that she’s all grown up and a muscular Staffy. I adore her.

it's so nice to see Cruiser with a friend another dingo. the other dogs tolerate him but I don't think they have ever forgiven him for attacking a couple of the pack members or the constant attacking of Tank who would not hurt a flea. The staff sisters have never been frightened of anyone.
Yes no forgiveness yet, Tanky is a much loved member of the pack by all. But we live in hope that eventually we can help him to rebuild the relationships

Luke cracks me up with his interpretations of what the dogs are thinking and saying to each other. I love the way his voice changes as he's telling us what they're telling one another. He is a true performer.

It’s so wonderful to watch Cruiser and Koran racing and chasing each other. Miss Red has grown into a power packed bundle of loveliness, amazing when you think how ‘tender’ she was as a puppy. Wow thanks so much. I love a Dingo play-date! Plus I love the Staffie breed, in the UK, there were/are known as the "nannie" breed. That of course implies responsible rearing, ownership & boundary setting for the dogs, owners, children too. To makes for a wonderful experience for family/ pack.

I loved when Korah leaned into Luke for security. And the most embarrassing date moment with the foot stuck in the toy, dad help! So much fun. Isn’t Miss Red a well balanced girl, never got upset when Korah wasn’t sure about her. She does a lot for the staffy breed, how good they can be.

Wow watching Cruiser and Korah having so much fun together. Beautiful sight. I notice Korah did’t even try to get the toy when thrown. She was just as happy to follow Cruiser. So happy for Cruiser. Sometimes I feel so sad for him but then watching him in this video With a Dingo playmate ….no more sad feelings for him. @@patriciamaclennan5634Dingos can get up to 60km/hr, but greyhounds can hit up to 75km/hr (and that’s within the first 30m). Still, up to 60km/hr is fast!

Miss Red was the star of the show! What a great mixer she is and it was appreciated by the dingo pair. Mum was forgotten in all the excitement of meeting the two homies. I feel for Maggie with her deafness which keeps her apart from some of the shenanigans. All their personalities are fascinating to watch. Thank you for the video and you all take care of yourselves too.

Sorry I can’t get a running comentary from Miss Red out of my head as I watch this: “This my Farm! We have fun here! All the time! Hey new Lady, I play with you! You stay here? Just come and play? All good! Cruiser my weird brother, you look like him - wow you guys fast! I fast too! Hee, this fun!” More along those lines…she’s such a feisty Welcoming Committee,and like her sister, fun is where you find it…I’m sure she feels extra special to be included in this adventure, and will tell everyone else about it later, in intricate doggie-speak.
I remember how curious she is about everything, how you couldn’t keep her out of Maxine’s trailer…she has a differently spirited personality to her sister, but just as special.
I am only about 2/3 finished, so I have a bit to still to view, but interesting to see Miss Maggie (so far) holdnig back a bit - she’s always seems all about play, but maybe a bit more unsure and holding back in this dynamic (also I guess they’re in the water quite a bit, which doesn’t seem to be her thing). I know you said in the description there were a few differently interpreted communications with Maggie - I guess I take her ability to adapt for granted given how well she seems to do with the big pack.
Anyway, I’m enjoying every minute of this joyful energetic video, thank you! Really cool that you let those two rascals in on the special Cruiser/Korah playdate.
I immediately imagined Miss Red telling Miss Violet about her day and how she got to meet the new dingo and Miss V didn't and she was the favorite with the dingoes. 😂😂

I did wonder if Korah would help Cruiser swim. Miss Red is like, you're a friend of my brother, so we are friends too. Lets play!! Sam, Cruiser likes Coffee. I'm not sure about other Dingoes, but coffee milk froth is on Cruiser's menu now. Maggie is so beautiful. She shows how there's a language/dialect difference between domestic dog and dingo. The language is sort of the same but there's differences. Then Cruiser joins the group howl, for just a moment. Yes, that's his pack!!! Thank you Luke for your explanation. Thrilled for another playdate for Cruiser and Korah. True devotion when an animal misses his/her person. So sweet seeing Cruiser holding Sam's arm. So happy to see Korah went over to Luke for pets. Cruiser and Korah play so well with each other. 😊 Korah will get more used to being left there to play, and next time, will be less worried about mum.
Watching the two Dingos react to each other and Luke and Sam and then Miss Red and Maggie is a real education. Like you have said many times Dingos are their own breed a part from the dog and yet here they both are playing doggie games with dogs. Miss Red is a Super Star the way she insists she can do Dingo too. OMGoodness you must be over the moon proud of your pups and how they a behaving. Korah is a sweet heart missing her mom but having fun too. It is going to be great watching their relationships grow.
