Thank you guys so much for watching. Have an amazing day on purpose ❤❤
The next one you need to listen to is “I Told You So”. It’s like a part 2 for this one. Even if you don’t do a reaction video, you should listen to it.
They did that reaction... I thought Shawn wasn't gonna make it through. 😂😂😂❤❤❤
Love that song
U just can't go wrong with Randy. He is one of the greats. That voice is like velvety butter. So good.
Randy's voice is one in a billion.
You mean 1 in a trillion
@@mr.garlicman3134you mean one In a zillion
This is one of Randy’s best songs! Love it💃🏻
I melt when I hear Randy's voice.
Randy Travis is amazing! Whisper My Name, If I Didn't Have You, Forever and Ever Amen, Deeper Than the Holler to name a few. All his songs are so so good!
Every broken relationship is a broken home ! For those people
IT’S JUST A MATTER OF TIME Official Video with Randy doing it live!! What a voice and this song shows off his singing.
Mel you are so right.. it is like a death in the family. You actually grieve the ending of a marriage or relationship. It doesn't matter whether it is the best decision or not, if you have invested time, energy, heart, mind and money.. and it doesn't end well, you grieve the loss. I love both of your opinions and insight of these stories through music. Great job.. thanks for the reaction!
1 of my favorites growing up!!! Love Randy Travis:)
One of my favorite randy Travis songs!
I love this song !
Randy Travis sings tearjerkers better than anyone else. 😢
God how I love Randy Travis and am crushed he suffered a massive stroke July 7, 2013 at 54. He had made progress and was able to work on recovering his singing voice. We all love you Randy! Also may I say I love your hair meaning no disrespect to Shawn.
When my husband of 22 years said he wanted a divorce, but couldn't tell me why...I listened to this song quite often. However, 8 years later, he asked if he could court me again because he made a huge mistake. I forgave him, our priest remarried us and we were happily married for 10 more years before he recently passed. Forgiveness heals both parties.
I truly love ya'll reactions..
I have always loved Randy Travis‘s voice.
The pride of NC Randy Travis
Right up there with the likes of Earnhardt and Petty.
I love this song
Thank you so much for your great reactions to great music.
the song that got me into country music when I was a little kid, I can still remember being four years old and singing along to this one lol
One of the best voices in country music! Love y'all's reactions!
Deeper Than The Holler - Randy Travis. Love for you to react to this great number one charting country song of Randy‘s! Thanks for this great reaction to this classic song. I believe Digging UB was his very first country song from 1986?
You’re right. That can be dangerous. Let It Go!
I absolutely love Randy Travis and this song especially..
To see him in this video is precious. He suffered a major stroke awhile back and although his music will forever be around unfortunately Randy is having trouble singing. We still love him and this song came out when my Double yellow African Amazon was still living. His name just happened to be Bones. I came home from work one day and Heard this song being sung by Bones. He'd picked it up from how often it was played in my house. This brings back great memories all around.❤ ❤❤
Awesome reaction..thank y'all
I Told You So. His original video is great. Great reaction
❤❤Randy.
I remember when I was 8 and this song came out and he set the world on fire with that voice.I thought it was cheesy at the time, but now I recognize it as pure country gold.he has so many great songs
My Mama is a Randy Travis super fan! Him, Vince, Dwight, Alan, any of the Outlaw country Boys (Willie, Kris, Waylon, Merle.. lol ) We're from Oklahoma (Muskogee, actually) so Merle was a STAPLE! 😂 Randy Travis is just gold!
I love all kinds of country but I just can't get enough of the classic country sound. It reminds me of my dad
Keep up the good work guys, music is important and never gets old and always makes people happy and feeling good 👍🍀🤘✊/ Leon
It is not easy to work the word 'exhuming' into a song lyric. Love Randy.
Great song
Please do Deeper than the Holler. Love your reactions and discussions!
Talk about an old country voice... Randy should have been singing WAY back in the day not the 90's.. but that's why I love him
Y’all should do “On the other hand” by Randy Travis
" there's a golden band" yep another classic
Ooof. I love Randy Travis.
Randy was so good.
Look Heart No Hands, is a MUST!!!!
He walked on water too, reminds me of papaw
It's cute that's this new to yall!
Forever and ever amen for the other end of the relationship Spectrum
Listen to “I thought he walked on water” Randy Travis
Music needs to have heart, soul, a real message and real meaning, regardless of the genre. You can't reproduce that with auto tune.
..."Class of 76"...Randy Travis is a great rabbit hole to go down...
To
Randy Travis makes me think of my grandma. Makes me smile with bitter sweet nostalgia. Made me tear up too. My fav song of his will prob have to be " Before you kill us all " The video is great. lol I miss good story telling in songs
My mom had 2 sisters and a brother she was the oldest and her brother was the youngest. One of her sisters married a man named Jack and they married years before I was even born. We didn't see aunt Pam and uncle Jack all that often they lived out-of-state but when they came over I loved it because Jack was the funnest guy that I had ever met. He constantly had a smile on his face and a joke to tell. And he always referred to me the exact same way and because I was young I loved it. He would get this really Duck sounding voice kind of like Ben Shapiro has. He would see me and just say "Heeey Naaaaaaaate" The way he said it just made me laugh every time.
About 8 years ago my aunt Pam and he got divorced. And I had not seen him since then until the beginning of this year when my dad passed away. Jack came to the funeral which we were expecting but he looks so different now that it makes me sad because he did kind of just fall apart after his divorce. His hair was falling out he had this big disgusting grizzled patchy beard and missing teeth. I have never noticed so clearly how awful divorce really is until that moment.......and I'm divorced!
Love how old school country tells love stories and heartbreak stories without being funky and nasty. Talking about lingerie and how good someone looked got that point across just fine; wasn’t anything else that needed to be said
Lol, metaphorical! Peace, Love!!
My favorite Randy Travis song charted, but it wasn't one of his huge hits. It's called "Whisper my Name."
Yall need to listen react to Three Wooden Crosses. Randy has been my favorite artist since i was a kid. TWC was a later one of his songs but when yall talk about stories... your mind will be blown
Always took it as a break up song but could be widow as well
"It's Just A Matter of Time" by Randy and "The Song Remembers When" by Trisha Yearwood are A list heartbreaking songs ... You'll love them
On the other hand is a good one by Randy Travis
Mel Tillis was first to record this in 85, then randy rerecorded it and made it better, best of Mel Till thats my fav was (Ruby dont take your love to town )
Josh Turner did a few songs with Randy and it is awesome. Check them out for a live performance of the both of them.
I sit on my porch diggin up bones all the time
I think this was the first Randy Travis song I heard on the radio.
This is what is known as a drinking song!
DAMN RIGHT.
My fave is a remake Randy did of Brook Benton's It's Just A Matter Of Time. The original was awesome and Randy put that country feel to it and it was just as good imo 💚🎶🎵
I Love RANDY TRAVIS I have all of his CDs and records
Love country music wish you had one artist that you liked on the wall behind you
😂😂😂😂 can you admit that country now is twangy pop. It lost its flavor, im surprised pink or ac/dc didnt get in on this 💩
My personal favorite from Randy. Not his best per se, but my favorite.
You gotta listen to these songs in the right order
Before You Kill Us All
Diggin Up Bones
Gone Too Long
"Shopping for Dresses" is a good unheralded cover that he did. Peace, Love!!
Have a listen to Always & Forever by Randy Travis. Or Promises.
1:15 - 1:39 - 2:12 - 3:26 - 5:38
You guys need to check out country legend Gene Watson. You would like him. Some hits. 14 karate mind, last farewell party, the old man and his horn and paper Rosie. Many more!
Love you two and love the reaction as usual this is one of my favorite country songs from the traditional sound to the lyrics that feel like your the person in the song you guys should check out work in progress by alan jackson not a popular song but definitely worth a listen to on your own or together
Shawn, I would never take Mel away from you if God himself gave me the power to do so, relisten to the lyrics. When I was in my 20's I was working 80 to 100 hours / week building my construction company.... My wife was having private liaisons with other Men. I'm still paying child support for two grown men that aren't mine biologically
Randy brought back true country. And now its gone again😡
Y'all should do 'Let my fingers do the talking' by Narvel Felts.
Please play “Forever and Ever “. By Randy Travis.
Do 1982
Oh, the pain. I have a specific love that I associate with that song, because that was a great year. It did not continue.
OMG... just looking at your O's shirt... just watched them beat the Blue Jays get their butts kicked by the O's .. 11-6.. 6/13/23 New boy Henderson got 2 singles and a Grand Slam.... love me so O's
Check out Garth Brooks Rodeo or and. Thunder rolls . Both excellent . Fancy is good Reba’s version is good
Randy Travis is from North Carolina. 30 minutes east of charlotte, farm country
I think he's from Monroe area Union Co that would be 20 or 30 miles east of Charlotte
@@jasonbradham1172 yeah I can’t think of the town but they have a sign that says home of randy Travis. Drive through it on the way to the beach
😢 I got divorced against my wishes! I am over him now but some boxes still need going through and I am not ready to dig up the rest yet.
you dont have to do a reaction to it, but I think you should give a listen to randy singing auld lang syne. Gives me goosebumps just thinking about it. He has such a powerful unique voice.
Keep it going with his song "Promises"
My mom has made the comment that the death of a loved one would be easier than a divorce.
Having been through a divorce after 17 years, I totally agree with your mom. With a death, you have loss and you miss the person, but you can think fondly of them. With a divorce there is often betrayal and deliberate hurt. It's almost like twice the loss. You lose the person and you also lose the person you thought they were.
It's just a song. Try " It's Just a Matter of Time."
You should try Chris ledoux stronger than the rest
Josh turner long black train
Whatever you do, don't react to I Thought That He Walked On Water by Randy. It makes me cry. Every. Single Time. Hell, the TITLE makes me cry.
Not a real big country fan in general, but I do really like Randy Travis's old school style and his basso profundo vocals.
#M1nor (M1NOR_ft_Uzmir_yoqimli oqshom ) PLEACE FROM UZBEKISTAN🇺🇿❤❤❤
Tonight I'm home alone.... PICKIN' MY NOSE....
Cringe
Watch the movie "Black Dog" with Randy Travis and Patrick Swayze and Meatloaf
