Hi friends! Join me for a traditional soft-spoken ASMR ramble about my favorite games shown during the 2024 summer games season! This is the time of year that all the major publishers announce new titles and showcase gameplay from upcoming releases. There's a lot to be excited about from this year's showcases, and I tried to put together a list of announcements and gameplay reveals that made me say "wow"! Of course, there were FAR too many games revealed for me to have seen every single one, so I'd love to hear YOUR personal top picks down in the comments!

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is actually at the top of my list. I have a very unique relationship with Warhorse, I enjoy the original so much that I felt the need to explain to the people complaining about aspects of it why it felt so difficult. They liked the explanation so much that they pinned it as the main thread at the top of the steam forums. I can't wait for the second one.

ayy a new vid, i find myself not being hyped for any new games tbh (doom excluded). since tears of the kingdom i havent been hungry for new games at all but just play some older classics. disco elysium notably, masterpiece
The return of the king! 👑 CERTIFIED FIRST! 🥇 And hey, that's totally fair if you're not hype about many upcoming games. Sometimes we burn out on a hobby, or sometimes the hobby just isn't heading in a direction that interest us, or sometimes our focus and interest just shifts to other things. Nothing wrong with that! And I feel you on enjoying the older classics, there's so much good stuff in my backlog that I haven't had time to play over the years, or that I just want to revisit.

There's so many games to be excited about! But I'm poor 😂 and already have my eyes set on Metaphor: ReFantazio and Dragon Age Veilguard . Clair Obscur looks great, though!

Xbox absolutely dominated and it wasnt even close. They should be proud. One of thier best shows ever and i want to play every game they showed. They all looked stellar. Avowed looks better than ever, indy looks like a better indy movie than the last two movies. Fable couldnt look better. STARFIELD is SOOO good right now and creation club and tools are the best ever. Starfield is going to have the best mods in any game. People are making entire custom planets. Entire custom open worlds. Literally possible to recreate skyrim as one planet out of thousands. By far the best show. Xbox is on fire. Been loving the platform.
