We had a really nice thanksgiving with my mother this year, sheâs 81. My dad and brother both passed away 3 and 4 years ago, itâs been rough. This year felt good and not as heart wrenching as the past. It was just my tiny family (hubby and my son Noah) and mom. We played cards! She loves cards! Your decorating is once again exquisite and you are my inspiration for my own home each year. Thank you, Bev! â€ïž

I have commented frequently on your channel. And once again you have taken us on a magic journey. Christmas is magical to me, and I still decorate over the top. This Thanksgiving, for the first time, I hosted but did not cook. Instead this 80 yr old mom watched as her family brought in the food, finished preparation and said let's eat. After grace, I told them all how fortunate I was that they made this Thanksgiving happen. Blessings abound if you open your eyes and your heart.

Everything is beautiful but my favorite are the nutcrackers. I have a fond memory of when I was living in California and our 4th grade teacher to us to the Shrine Auditorium to see the Nutcracker. This was in 1978 I believe. Long long time agođ

Bev, we had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our children and grandchildren. Good food and living family. Thanks for asking. I just love all the rich colors you use and your great ideas on how to use baskets. It all looks gorgeous. Also love your tree. I put up 1 big tree, 8ft. then a pencil tree 7ft, and a 6ft skinny tree. Then small ones here an there. This and fall are my favorite times of the year.

We really enjoyed it, both doing things we enjoy: for me, cooking a nice dinner and for hubby, watching college basketball tournaments. This segment on decorating the chest and mirror is lovely. I love your style! I just told my daughter that I think weâre the same age because we have the same taste in decor. It was confirmed when you mentioned being an 80âs kid.đ„° I watched you decorate your tree in the sunroom the other day and now Iâm rethinking all my trees. I usually have them up and done by November 1. I just put a couple up yesterday and all my garland greens. Iâm going to challenge myself to create this year. I usually do about the same thing every year which is fine, but your sunroom tree really inspired me!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family. Our sweet potatoes with marshmallows caught on fire in the oven but it just made it better. We all like burnt marshmallows. đ No damage was done. We all had a good laugh after it was over and everything was ok. It will be remembered and talked about for years I'm sure. LOL You table is gorgeous as usual. I love the tray and all the things you added and the nutcrackers are the perfect touch.

Oh Bev this is just perfect. I so love the bird lamp as I decorate with birds a lot in my home. We don't celebrate thanksgiving in the UK but I am beginning to think about Christmas. My daughter and her partner are spending their first Christmas in their first home together so passing down some of her childhood Christmas ornaments. It will be nice to see them used again.

Everything you do turns out gorgeous! Always very elegant! Glad you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. My hubby order the turkey meal at Cracker Barrel and it was wonderful. Just the two of us. I am recovering from a second lung Cancer surgery and thank God I am feeling good. It is my second surgery in 5 months. My hubby is helping me decorate . So funny.
