Warikoo sir is the best friend/mentor one could ever have. ^^
Thank you sir.
Take care.
Thank you so much sir.
I am in my 20's and wanted to start investing but can't find someone who can explain me in simple words thank you once again keep sharing knowledge. Lot of love and respect from Maharashtra.
smallcaps are very decently valued now. the average PE of Nifty Smallcap 100 is around 17. At one time last year, it was more than 60. Once the market stabilises, these smallcap stocks will blast. Some of the good names include KPI Green, RHI Magnesita, PCBL, and many others
Can you explain in brief brother please
Whata is all this?
@@D_J40 Financial knowledge.
I always feel you delay in explaining the content and drag more, but I was wrong this video made me impressed to understand what is index fund Thanks you Bro.
Hi Ankur - can you make a video on psychology that affects time spent in market for investors. Also, what is the typical downside one can expect in a long term investing. For example, is a 25% downside in one's long term portfolio something to worry about? (Any Black swan event excluded)
Nice video ...thanks...you could have also included details about tracking errors and which funds have lower tracking errors..
sir, ur way of explaining abt all these important contents is so easy and humor filled that it becomes so easy to understand. Thanks a ton
Ohho aaj hi dophar is topic pe short dekha aapke channel pe
Aur sham me ye video kya baat hai
Educational video. Thanks Ankur Warikoo!
I have been putting equal amounts of SIP in NIFTY50 Index fund and NASDAQ100 Index fund. Diversified my risk across different markets. One will work with India's growth and other one will grow with US/global companies and also act as dollar hedging when rupee depreciates further against the USD
Which fund house are you investing with?
@@snehakumari6527 ICICI Prudential AMC direct plans through Zerodha coin
ICICI has a NASDAQ100 Index fund in which we can directly pay ICICI in rupees in India just like we buy any other domestic fund, they will do all the forex stuff and invest in US. We don't have any additional charges/forex in picture for that.
Does this strategy require timely rebalancing irrespective of tax implications? Is it for reducing volatility or ripping higher return since these two are different asset classes?
I am new to investing and your videos are super simple and very informative. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge.

Amazing
Thanks for information 👍
What about the tracking error, you are just focusing on expense ratio it would be good if you compare index fund with this criteria also.

Hello @warikoo Sir. I am a big fan of your videos. Got to learn new things every time I watch your videos and it's really inspired me to invest more. I have invested in couple of SIP and interested to invest more in index funds but not sure how and where to start. Need your guidance here.
Sir please make a dedicated video on ELSS mutual funds and how it can help in TAX savings even if we have other investments under 80c
I understand that you've partenred with Navi Mutual Fund, but an ETF is an better option than any Index Mutual Fund, maybe a comparison video comparing ETFs to Index mutual Funds should give better clarity to your subscribers.
Knowledgeable video 😇😇
Thank you Ankur sir for making videos like this. If possible can you please make a video on Tax harvesting in case of mutual funds (including ELSS mutual funds) and tax harvesting in case of Smallcases
This is great 🙏🏻
Very informative sir thank u

Amazing person..!
*Please make a video on difference between Mutual fund & Smallcase*
And where to invest?
Best video is already provided by groww CZcams channel
I'm new to this..Which app should I use for investment groww, paytm or anything else?
great content for the beginners
If one wants to invest in index fund, ETF is better than index MF for few reasons:
- expense ratio is half than that of index MF.
- ETF stays in your demat unlike MF.
- Available to be sold within market hours.
- In developed markets like US ETF is preferred way of investing in index than that of MF.
- Few Index ETF are much older than any MF so you have better data on its tracking error and reliability unlike Navi.
...It is one more thing about Mutulfund is that if you want to redeem/withdraw your investment from Mutulfund, you need to submitted your POA (power of attorney) to your broker...
Yeah good luck trying to get back your money when there's no liquidity. And yeah, MFs stay in your demat too.
thank you so much
Chuck all this gyaan. I believe invest all your savings in VAULD coz sirji here had told this months back
Sir today I started my first SIP of my life in index fund after observing your valuable guidance. Thank you so much for your motivation.

Hi Ankur,
I have a doubt. Why do same mutual funds of different mutual fund companies perform differently?
Difference in Fund manager in diff companies
nice video. could have been better if index fund Vs index etf could have been included. ETF seems better option.
Another wonderful video, I was thinking how to start investing at 22 after getting inspired seeing your previous videos. Thanks for the advice.
Excellent sir
Very nicely explained
Hi Ankur,
Can you help with stock name (like Renuka for Shree Renuka Sugar?) on NSE for index funds in case we need to invest in those directly via Zerodha?

Could you please explain which is better equal weighted or market weighted index fund?
Coin toss probability of goodness of one over another.
Dear ankur,
I watched a very similar video of you about mutual index funds from last year...
The only difference was there you showed a comparison of the complete nifty over the period of 20 years.. And here you showed comparison of nifty 50 for the same period of 20 years.. If I take the values from the two datasets in the nifty dataset you showed that 10000 will become 160000 after twenty years which is around 16 times your initial investment . An investment in nifty50 for the same duration of time will change the value of 100000 to 1165000, which is around 11.6 times your initial value... So why will someone invest in nifty50 and not in the whole nifty index, if its possible.. I was just curious..
Very nice video sir
Sir, can you please explain about a new feature of indmoney app wich is daily SIP 🙏
Phone pay se sip investment karna thik hoga kya please help
I m thinking that invest in grow app or zerodha, which is best to move
Beat explanation
Your videos are simply great. I love them. One quick question...the last 1 year return of Kotak Nifty Next 50 Index fund (D) is 2.07% whereas that of SBI Nifty Next 50 Index fund (D) is 1.39%. If both the funds are tracking the same index (here Nifty Next 50 Index), then why such large difference in the returns?
Tracking error.. Search in details

Sir I'm 18 year old but I want an proper information to start sip from scratch please make an video on it 👾
I don't know but I believe you have enough expertise to pick right stocks instead of mutual funds. After all you're an MBA Finance guy. Being an MBA finance person, i like to buy stocks instead of mutual funds although I also started with mutual funds in my initial days.
yes but look at the returns. for examples by spending 10 hours a week looking for stocks you might get 15-20% return, which may be less than the return you would get by spending 10 hours a week on your business/on yourself you might get higher returns. again this depends on how efficient you are at picking stocks and researching, but in my opinion working on yourself/on your business you will get better returns.
@@parthtehlan8988 you have a solid backing there but unfortunately you didn't get the point tbh. It's not about investing time upon business or self improvement but the thing is that he is an MBA from ISB if not mistaken with specialization in finance. ISB the name speaks for itself.. ain't? Perhaps, you are already aware of their criteria and the standards of their education. A graduate from ISB can easily challenge a graduate from IIM or similar tier-1 Business Schools and I need not mention that, right? I'm emphasizing on ISB here. When he is a graduate from ISB, he already possesses the skillsets necessary here to pick a fundamentally strong stock even with minor research based on his experience and common sense which is ofcourse not so common nowadays. I hope you'll be able to appreciate my pov.
