How to INSTALL PURCHASED DLC & Add Ons XBOX ONE (Easy Method!)

- Do you want to know how to install purchased DLC and Add ons on the xbox one??? If your add on you bought isn't downloading or working, you can go the game in the Microsoft store, locate the adds under the game. Here you can see the game being installed or just owned. Installing the game add one after purchase is very easy. Sometimes, it won't download right away and you have to do it yourself. Other times, it may just not simply work, so reinstall the game DLC.

I bought the Deluxe version of the Demon slayer game,wich was on sale. But I noticed that most add ons weren't available or installed,so I basically only got the normal version. I got that Problem multiple times,but this time I forgot how to install them back into the game. Thanks to you I was finally able to remember and download these add one so thx! Thanks for the help! The layouts and interfaces have changed a little, but the overall instructions still apply. I was able to find and redownload my DLC without needing to buy it again.
I would say Xbox should make finding your previous purchases easier, but I bet they're counting on people not being able to figure it out so they can make money off of the same thing over and over again. Probably won't change until someone starts a class action lawsuit against them.

There's another way that doesn't involve the back n forth of the Microsoft Store, it's faster. Manage Game and Add-ons, then instead of going to the store click on the game title, top right. Manage installation. Sounds scary I know. But the next screen shows you all purchased DLC add ons installed and most importantly not yet installed. Check the boxes on each item you want, choose Save Changes

I had all of the dlc for black ops 3 and then my Xbox broke so i put the hard drive from the old one onto the new one and now it says that I have the maps installed but i can’t play them in game. Is there any fix for this?

I had just bought a dlc from MW3 and some how when I had bought it it said premium content blocked and I try to get it off but some how I don’t know what to do
My brother downloaded a Halo 3 ODST and it went straight to leftover add-ons and I won’t let him play, what do we do? it’s not shown in his games either. he doesn’t own any halo games and have more than half storage.
I was playing assains creed oddsye but for some reason it says missing addpnes even tho it shows up so i delted the game and the add-ons and tried to install them again but i cant find the addons anymore it keeps saying not sold separately

When I downloaded a dlc it doesn’t stay installed it says installed then I leave the page and I check back and it says “app not installed”

I installed 2 DLC's and I went to the games and it shows they aren't there to play. So I uninstalled one of the DLC's I paid 30$ for and I go to reinstall it and it shows I have to pay for it again. I just wasted 38 dollars for absolutely nothing. Thanks Xbox.

On my xbox s i downloaded mk11 and it says that the joker and a couple of other characters are free with game pass, so i download it and its installed and everything but when i launch the game i don't have the characters. Whenever i click on them during a select screen it then tries to make me purchase them can anyone help?
Anyone out there have a fix for bought dlc that says it’s installed but still can’t be accessed in game?? I’ve spent over an hour trying to figure this out.
When I follow the directions in this vid I get to the page listing all my dlc for borderlands 3 and it shows them all to be installed. But if I click on manage add-ons from within the Microsoft store I get a list of the dlc I have but it’s all labeled as owned not installed. Then if I click on one individually and select manage it shows it as this app not installed. I check the box for the add-on and select install and it goes into the installing phase but then instantly finishes and goes to recently installed. But it still isn’t installed and I still can’t access it in game. Idk what to do… ideas??

I had all the DLCs for Borderlands 3 except Tiny Tina Wonderlands and my buddy uninstalled it awhile back and I could never get them back none of them say owned like I have to buy them all again for some reason really sucks I have DLC weapons in my inventory I can’t use unless I download the DLCs they came from like wtf

I bought multiple items for FS22 and they weren’t appearing anywhere. I clicked on my notification and clicked on the dlc and it brought me to Farming Simulator. I waited, then checked my mods thing. It was there.
TLDR:I clicked on the notifications and it worked on FS22
My problem is that the dlc I bought on my last Xbox doesn't say I own it, even though I using the same account. And if I look at my purchase history it shows the dlc I'm trying to re-download. Also alot of the dlc I bought, all of the dlc for Fallout 4, and Fallout 3 including Fallout 3 itself won't let me re-download without buying it again.
