I didn't love how orange these Viberg boots were initially so I gave them the ol' dye treatment with Fiebing's Roughout/Suede Dye and am glad I did!
Viberg Service Boots on the 1035 last. Stitchdown construction. Made in Canada!

Honestly I'd never even considered an after-market re-dye. Great idea, those turned out awesome!!
I've got my dad to thank for that! He dyed my hockey gloves a couple times (back when they were all leather) when I switched teams. I've never done it with anything so costly before this but I've been happy enough with other leather dye jobs that I had some comfort level that it might turn out ok.
Dad's rock at innovation, especially when trying to save a few dollars😅

are viberg 2030 one full size down from brannock or just a half size down?
I had a pair of 2030 a full size down and they were too small for me. 1/2 down on 2030 works best for me but I know some that go full size down. 1/2 down on 2030 leaves a tiny bit of room in front of the toes but I found the bend/breaking point of the boot lines up best and is most comfortable at 1/2 down
