Great video!! QQ, as it takes almost three months to get the HMO license - can one submit the HMO license to the local authorities before the purchase/ completion of the house (obviously in a view that the property will be owned by my company once the mortgage application is complete)?

Yes you can submit the application beforehand if you want to but it will only be confirmed once you are the owner. It is better to wait until completion. It is important to make sure that the council acknowledges your application
