Bomber pilots back in WW2 knew this trick. They used to leave a bucket of ice-cream mix in one of the ball-turrets during missions because it would be cold enough there and the wind turbulence would shake it enough to make the finished product. If they survived the mission, they would arrive back at base with a bucket of fresh ice cream ready to eat.
When doing it at home MAKE SURE TO ADD SALT WITH THE ICE AND HAVE THE milk (+vanilla) in a bag surround by the ice and salt in a bigger bag and shake long and in all directions :D but make sure to add salt for it to work properly
Also, be careful while shaking and maybe do it with a partner so you don't give yourself frostbite from the chill that will basically be around -10 degrees.
Ya he used a Stanley, Stanley’s are made for insulating and keeping the heat out 😅. But he should have also put salt with the ice, the salt makes it even colder 😊

well, the centrifugal force just pushes the ingredients to the outside of the box, thus, preventing them from mixing since they dont have enough motion
Anyways, here is a brownie recipe. Ingredients: - 1 cup unsalted butter -2 cups granulated sugar - 4 large eggs - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour - 1/2 cup cocoa powder - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C) and grease a baking pan. 2. Melt 1 cup butter, mix with 2 cups sugar. 3. Add 4 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla; mix well. 4. 5. Sift in 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup cocoa, and 1/5 tsp salt; stir. 1. Optional: add 1 cup nuts or chocolate chips. 2. Pour into the pan, bake 25-30 mins. 3. Cool completely, Cut into squares, and enjoy your brownies! lol
It works better if you add salt to the ice. The salt makes the ice (and water that forms) colder, allowing for the milk/cream to freeze faster. We did this experiment in like 2nd grade and it only took a few mins shaking by hand
Same concept is used in India for making Kulfi (Sweet dairy dessert). They put the Kulfi ingredients in a tin box and put the box in clay pot filled with ice and continuously shakes the pot until kulfi is prepared. it's far better and tastier then Icecream.
I remember in grade 3 we were all given a small plastic container with milk in it, and told to shake it all day during class. We took breaks when needed and with a few minutes left of class my teacher brought out bread and plastic butter knives and we all got to eat the butter we made lol
"Sir I pulled you over because you were doing 70 in a 30, do you have any form of justification for this" "Well you see I was making ice cream" "What do you mean" Check my front left tire, there's ingredients in that thermos that when shaken long enough and hard enough it turns into ice cream" "Oh okay I understand" "Infact it should be done, check it for me" "Yeah it's done, it's pretty good to, you know what man you're free to go have a good day" "You too"
This reminds me a lot of those soccer balls that were sold where you could put milk inside and ice and once you finished playing with the ball you’d have ice cream
