I learned soo much watching Eddie Hall and Martyn Ford's Old collab videos. Those were the first workout vids I binge watched to learn, then I watched all of Sams vids from #1 and was caught up at 500k right before Hosstile signed him and he went stratospheric. Both changed my life and me comitting to 5 min a day of cardio on recumbent bike or walking led to me starting my 250lb Weight Loss Journey Last November at 546lbs to where I am now (officially 473lbs, 6lbs lean mass and 1.8lbs skeletal muscle gained) but that was 7 weeks ago. next Inbody is in a week or two. Either case, both these bros played integral part in me and I am grateful to them both. Love Martyn Ford and Sam Sulek.
