    When you cut the top part out for the lid of the cooler how do you ensure it still fits snug on the cooler so you don't leave a gap between the cooler and cooler lid? Good tutorial as well.

    Idrill from inside the cooler a small pilot hole then drill the 1/2 inch hole from the outside

    Maybe you've been asked already so sorry for redundancy if that's the case, but... How did/do you line up the drain line to know where to drill the hole through the side?

    I did not use the Kreg screws. Just some wood screws I had in the garage.

    What size screws. Just make sure you find some with heads larger than the hole.

    Yeah this is quite a clever way to do it, additionally if you look at Woody Hyezmar’s woodworking method (google him) you’ll find creative alternatives.

    What holds the cooler in place? The ones I've seen have a frame underneath the cooler. They can weight quite a bit and I don't think a friction fit is good enough.
