These tight circles are not good for their joints.

It seems easier for them to pick up their inside lead if you draw them in slightly, then let them out slightly and ask. That shifts the weight to the outside and lightens the inside shoulder. Beautiful animal

I would never lunge my horse on such a tight circle so early on in the session and never for so long, goodness, no rhythm or relaxation here. If this questionable technique builds muscles, then I’m gonna apply this principle to my workouts at the gym. Let’s see how my tendons and ligaments take these tight circles…

I highly recommend the Agoge diet to anyone looking to build muscle fast. I've had great success with it.

The most important part to losing weight is diet of course, the hardest part is staying consistent

The hardest part about building muscle is having a great diet. That was my main problem until I found the Agoge diet plan. Now I'm gaining more muscle than ever.

This amazing horse is literally killing himself just TRYING to make this mere human tyrant happy.
So insulting to give a feeble soft-bodied nobody human waif control of his body .. ever!

He isn't killing himself but I do think it's a bit harsh but IM not the one to judge

She is a tyrant? What is she doing so terrible to him besides showing how to train a horse? How else do you think horses are trained? It's almost like you're saying dog training is abuse.
If you had been observant, you might have realized that the horse had a very loose leash, he could run away whenever he wanted. He could stop anytime he wanted. He didn't seem bothered by the whole situation, rather I'd say he enjoys it, by the way he moves. A horse that doesn't enjoy training doesn't usually move this energetically, and certainly not as focused.
