Copyright case - Ironman 4x4 vs Offroad Animal

Ironman 4x4 brought a legal case against Offroad Animal and an employee who has worked for both companies. The case concerned unauthorised use of Ironman 4x4's intellectual property, and was settled out of court. This video explains what happened, and senior management from both sides explain their view of the story.
UPDATE 27/06/2023: I have removed the interview with David Fitzpatrick of ORA in its entirety, leaving only the Ironman interview. The reason is that his interview contained information which appears to be false and misleading, and confidential, and in contravention of court orders. I do not want such commentary on any of my channels. Both Ironman and ORA have requested it be removed, and as per my usual practice, both had the opportunity to view the full video some days before it went live and no changes were requested to the interviews at that time. To be clear, Fitzpatrick had the same opportunity for interview as did Ironman - as much time as he needed to make his case. The point of the video remains intact:
1. respect copyright;
2. do not defame competitors;
3. do not expect privacy when using company communication devices.
