MAKES: 10-12 popcorn balls
INGREDIENTS
6 tablespoons butter, salted or unsalted, cut into pieces, plus more for the pan
16 cups popped popcorn (or sub in 4 cups of your favorite unsweetened or lightly sweetened cereal)
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup golden syrup
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup sprinkles or chocolate candy (like mini M&Ms, chopped-up Kit Kats, or similar)
