    I will try this block coconut to make Jamaican Run Dung Dish. A little tip/ you can use the dumpling water to add water to JRD. The dinner tun way up/delicious 😋😋😋😋

    Yes Trinis call it oil down too. Guyanese make metemgee. Similar but all different and tasty in their own way. Thx for sharing this. Beautifully done.

    Looks amazing! I will definitely be trying this. Would you say the scorpion pepper has the same heat as the scotch bonnet? I’m not sure if I’ve seen a scorpion pepper before but will definitely look for it.

      You might have to soak it in salt water the night before to get the full effect.

      @@TheRainasKitchen okay. There's no salt mackerel here but I can ALWAYS find fresh. Worst case it'll just taste different 😭😫. But at least I'll get to cook with it. I've been looking for an excuse lol

      Yes! Soak your mackerel in salt water for a few days.
