This is one of the best video's with explanations. As a beer leaguer I don't get the opportunity to have a coach explain where I need to be or how I should play a situation. This explanation helps tremendously. I wish I could find a video series will all kinds of information like this to help me work on my game.
    Please keep these video's coming!

*It actually bothers me more that their sample goalie is like 7'-3"*

When I'm in net I always rely on the rvh. Sometimes I'll go to the vh when should I go to the vh than the rvh. Another thing I fell comfortable in the vh on my glove side but on my blocker side I struggle finding balance. Any tips? I know this isn't related to this video but I feel I need to know all of this to get my game at the next level thanks

I think (and I want your advice @purehockey) you are missing the part in Reverse H, there is a big hole where the shooter can use the mask and score like that. The left skate of the goalie should be a bit behind on what you are showing and stick the head to the post.

Yes, depending on where the puck is on the ice, you'll want to adjust to have a tighter seal on the post. This was more to show an effective way of cutting down the angle on low danger shots while still having the mobility to adjust to a change in the play. Hope this helps!
