Have been busy with work and haven’t been able to train or shadow box for few months now… I promise to always use an hour at least before going to work.
Always move back and sidewards, only go forward if you have a few seconds to attack one person without getting surrounded. Always move so you can funnel them in front of you, never let one of them getting at your left or right and specialy not behind you. Stay calm, because most of the time you need alot of stamina to get them all down buuut from my experience most of the times you dont need to defeat all of them 😊 And so on... Best tip: Watch IRL 1vX Clips with a good fighter, you can study what he did right and wrong 🎉
Grappler here, when I'm doing any striking/standup footwork, I constantly fall back into grappling habits. Any tips for breaking that? Thanks in advance. Great Stuff
Hi coach, got a heavy bag and really want to get fit with boxing, rope skipping and road work. What would you suggest to loose belly fat? I am 175cm and 85 kilos.... want to loose 10 kilos and beein fit.
I used to get shin splints every time I ran UNTIL I found the cure for them. Gua Sha 👈🏼 I would scrape my shins with a smooth, metal tool I bought from Amazon and I think it took maybe a week for them to be completely gone.
Core stability is key too, we generate power from first having stability. Use a Swiss ball not the floor, because the Swiss ball is unstable so requires more core activation.
Great coaching. I have been really appreciating your training videos and concepts behind what you are doing. I think your level of dedication is a positive and realistic example for people to aspire towards getting results. Without you saying it, i feel ppl understand discipline is a core foundation for any of this.
thank you chez will keep this in mind. i wanna ask you for some suggestions on conditioning the shins cuz the shin splints are really irritating and worrying. they keep on returning for me but that's probably because i dont give it time to heal. i wanna continue shadowboxing but even that causes pain, its not intense but its worrying how it never leaves
